Heather is the best! She is very honest about what you need. I don't feel over sold on services and doesn't get weird when you tell her your budget. Results have been 10/10 every time!

This is a long overdue review! I've been coming to Skin Parlor for almost a full year now which started with trying to get my hormonal acne under control. Madi has been so great at creating a customized treatment plan for me and my skin has been doing so great. I never feel like she is trying to upsell me on skin care products or treatments and only suggests items that are truly beneficial to me. I've also had the pleasure of being treated by Robyn and Heather. I will be getting married next year so I am super excited to spend this year on skin treatments that will have me wedding ready. I recommend this parlor to all my friends based on the all the lovely ladies knowledge and the experience they give. If you're looking for a good skin boutique, I highly recommend you try this one!

I have nothing but good things to say about Skin Parlor! I've had several visits over the past two years with Heather for lip filler, lip flips, TMJ Masseter Botox, and chin filler. Her care for clients and education on services is unmatched! For anyone new to botox or filler, I highly suggest Heather/Skin Parlor as they work with integrity and truly care about their clients.

10/10 Love skin parlor salon! Definitely go see Sophia for all your cool sculpting and facial needs. It’s a cute, private room and Sophia makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in! Lay and chat with her or bring headphones and listen to whatever you want. Sophia also does a great job of suggesting products and getting you the best deals without being too pushy!

Sophia gave me a HydroFacial and Dermaplaning with a Chocolate mask and my skin has never felt better! She was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products! Also, her space was gorgeous! Overall, it was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth it with how amazing my skin feels! I would recommend her to everyone!

Just received my first facial by Sophia and I’ve never been happier. She took time before starting care to ask about my skin, lifestyle and my goals.

After that, she recommended great care to fix my inflamed and irritated skin. I just came home with a new line of products tailored to my needs and wants.

I have been using Skin Parlor products and services for several years. I recently purchased the Enzyme Facial Package. Sophia did my facials. She is amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. I can really see the difference in my skin. She followed up the next day to check on me and how my skin was feeling/looking. I recommend her and Skin Parlor.

Sophia is amazing! I’ve been going to her for cryo treatments on some tough spots and I’ve noticed a difference after only a few sessions. Definitely recommend!

I saw Sophia for a facial and it was amazing! She is so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from the start! She is very educated and knows what will work best for your skin! My skin looked very dull after vacation and she revived my skin, plus gave me recommendations on how to keep my glowy skin until my next facial! Nurse Robyn is INCREDIBLE. A true artist. She is constantly taking continued education as well as teaching her craft and it shows. I’ve never felt more comfortable receiving injections. Her natural but highly effective results have me referring all of my clients to her with full confidence. Don’t hesitate booking, she’s the one!

I always have the best experience at this spa. The staff are highly trained, know what they are doing and ooze with kindness! Sophia works wonders with her facials and Cryo tools! Easily takes years off (and by years I mean wrinkles ;) I also highly recommend the Cryo lymph treatment. I will be a lifetime customer!

I get the lymphatic drainage treatment with Sophia and I’m very pleased with the results! My skin feels flatter and firmer from just two treatments so far. Sophia listens to your concerns and works with you to come up with a treatment plan for any part of your body that you want tightened and any fat that you want burned away. The machine she uses can treat any of your concerns. I highly recommend this treatment and Skin Parlor for any of your skins needs.

I am seriously so thankful I've found Heather, owner of Skin Parlor. I was looking for a Med Spa that wasn't located in downtown Austin so I didn't have to worry about parking with the ever-growing traffic.

I've been to a number of different skincare businesses here in Austin: SkinSpirit (DT Austin), Golden Hour Skincare (South Congress), L-Aesthetics & Longevity (Bee Cave), Ann Marie Skin (East Austin) and Skin Parlor (South Austin) is by far MY PERSONAL favorite for the following reasons -

1. They offer a number of different services with much more knowledge then your normal esthetician. Maybe clients don't normally ask, but Heather and her team have always shared additional information as to what they're doing, what they're excited about, what works, what doesn't work, and how they aren't going to put me through a treatment if they don't think it's right for me. Example: I came in with interest in a lip flip / getting my lips done, and instead of taking that money, she said she'd rather focus on my skin if that's something I was interested in.

2. Their services are up and coming with AMAZING prices. Example: Aerolase can cost up to $500 a session whereas at Skin Parlor it starts at $199. I also just did a brand new treatment that is not on the menu yet that will start at $299, but costs $500 per service elsewhere. I've already looked and am so excited to go back for my second treatment. I'm sure other companies could look at this and think well, it's cheaper because they're not as senior or don't have as much experience, etc, but I'm telling you, that's not the case. They are incredibly qualified and walk you through everything to feel heard, safe, and seen.

3. Parking is easy! I've never had an issue with finding a parking spot. It's just a normal parking lot that's easy to get into and easy to get out of.

4. The energy! Every time I come in I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. In the past, I've felt rushed to accommodate the next client in what seems to be a quantity over quality, world.

A long review, but I wanted to take the time to share my experience in hopes that others make the transition to see Heather + Team at Skin Parlor!

Skin Parlor is the best in Austin, and Madi is amazing at what she does. She's incredibly warm & friendly and super knowledgeable about holistic health and skincare. I've seen drastic changes in my skin since I started working with Madi; the products and services she recommends are always spot on. Can't recommend this place enough!
