Shenetta is a very unprofessional person, I saw her a couple of times for pellets until, I found someone else. On my appointments she was always late, on another time, she was not there and did not even bother to let me know that, she was not going to be there. Place was closed. A few days a go I asked her to call the pharmacy to refill my medication prescription. Her answer was not until your next appointment. That was it for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.

I see a visible change in my skin. It is a lot clearer, cleaner and overall looks a lot healthier. Sheneta was kind, patient and attentive. She was also courteous and professional. I would definitely come back in the future.

I went in for laser hair removal. This was by far the best laser experience I have had, and ive had MANY. This lady is so sweet and has no affiliation with laser impressions. They were the previous owners and they were awful scam artists actually.she had no idea until after she purchased from the land lord. She is kind, sincere, and a good listener, and I'm super excited to go back for my next treatment. SHE HAS ALSO been a professional nurse in cardiac and surgery for 20 years.so I trust her even more due to just that. She fixed me up 2 weeks before my wedding and she got every single hair! She is ALSO opening a laser institute in Mckinney which I'm just as excited for. I had such a great experience with Shanita! Thank you I also can't wait for a hydrofacial and dermaplane at Skinology!

I have started seeing Sheneta at Skinology for hormone replacement therapy (pellets) and she has been a god-send. She is very knowledgeable and is very fast to respond to any questions. If you are thinking about HRT take my recommendation and see Sheneta at Skinology. My menopause symptoms were off the charts and I regret waiting and suffering so long to see someone for help.

I have been seeing Shaneta for a little over a year now.she is amazing. I have had Botox, lip filler, facials and microblading. She is so educated and good at what she does. I found Skinology when I was lookig for a new place (new to the area). I was always very happy with my skin service before finding Sheneta but I must say this lady takes it to the next level. She is that good!

I wish I can give zero rating to this place. Unnecessary policies and manager have no sense what she is talking about. Just wasted my time and money. Be aware people if you are thinking to use this place.

The nurse/owner did not listen and over injected with dysport. I'm extremely upset and unhappy with the service. I asked for a natural look and with a minor eyebrow lift but I got the complete opposite. My forehead is now completely frozen and my eyebrows have dropped due being over injected. I have absolutely no expressions with my forehead. I can't even slightly lift my eyebrows. I felt like she only cared about her paycheck than what I wanted as a customer.

Sheneta is amazing! I suffer from PCOS, with that comes severe unwanted facial hair. Like a man, no joke. I had serious anxiety over the last 10 years with this. It’s all gone! Her laser treatments eliminated my facial hair! I This place is so beautiful, clean, and such friendly and professional environment. I’m going to find other things to have done, because I believe in this company and this location! Thank you Sheneta for all of your help, and well done!

I've been getting laser hair removal here. They are very thorough, clean, and personable. And the hair is going away quickly! Some places might turn down the lasers to get you to buy more, but they don't here!

If I could give 0 star, I would but that’s not an option!
I have never experienced a customer service as bad as the one given by the owner Shanita neither have I ever received such a rude treatment.
I am a working mom of 3 and carving out time for myself is very hectic. I had 2 incidents with Shanita and had to come back as I had purchased a package and couldn’t get a refund.
The first one, I get there during my lunch break and I have to wait for her 15 mins at the door. The business was closed during working hours as she was “running errands” and no one there to respect business hours.
The second incident, I had an appointment scheduled at a time when my kids were in school, someone calls me to reschedule saying that I was “double booked” I said I will have to bring my kids who can handle themselves. I have not been told that only kids over 13 were allowed. So after 25 mins drive and taking time off work, I’m told that my kids cannot be there and that I have to reschedule.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund as I don’t want to go through this scheduling nightmare again and asked for a manager not knowing that she was the owner. She asked me to “get out”.
My advise don’t get stuck with a package with this business.

My friend purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal as a gift for me. At the beginning of pandemic she called and they extended the expiration date to April 19. The Groupon ticket changed to say April 19 as the date of expiry.
On April 19 I reached out to set an appointment and use the Groupon. I received a message that they would not honor the Groupon because they are no longer associated with Groupon, and that it had expired 120 days from purchase. I asked if they would not honor the date they had set. They said they would not, but would honor the amount paid for the Groupon, which they kept quoting as "$0. "
I sent a picture showing that the Groupon's expiration date said April 19. They misread the button that says "mark as redeemed" to say "marked" and told me it had already been used. "Mark as redeemed" always shows up when you are ready to use the Groupon.
I found the communication unprofessional and felt that they were not reading my responses carefully. Their responses were repetitive and did not directly address things I was asking or saying. They were also filled with misinformation such as that the Groupon was already used and that $0 was paid for it.
Finally, I find it unethical that they would not honor an un-expired Groupon they sold and received money for, because they are no longer associated with Groupon. Imagine selling tickets to people and then saying you won't accept the ticket because you are no longer affiliated with the 3rd party ticket seller. To their benefit, they offered to provide service to the value of the amount paid for the Groupon (According to them, $0).
