Skintology Spa, Laredo TX

I really don't recommend them. I bought two packages of laser hair removal and they haven't been able to finish the sections. I bought one in January and the other in May and I always cancel the appointments and they only give an explanation that the machine is broken and that they They are very sorry, I have spoken to several people and the truth is they only say we are sorry and until now they have not finished my daughter's sections.

A couple months ago, i came here for a pedi and mani, stacy and andrea were my technicians and they were “ok” with me (couldve been better) but they were so horrible to their coworkers.they literally argued and said insults right in front of me.then a couple minutes later i heard one of the owners Mrs. Jacaman, yelling at someone in the front.this is not a professional spa environment and its obvious the employees AND the bosses/management don’t know how to behave.i also once got a facial but they didnt even do anything, just applied mask and creams and thats it.hardly any extractions or massage.it seems they dont train them or they just dont care.ive came here a couple time already and just by seeing how they act i can tell that the people are very fake and rude.very nice place but not nice people, i will not be coming back again

I got my hair done with claudina, and she was amazing! It was my first time at skintology and with a new hairstylist, but I provided Claudina with history of my hair and what I would like to be done, and she nailed it. I'm extremely happy that I found a new hairstylist in such a great environment. I definitely recommend booking with her.

Had a great time here with my husband! We got massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Such a great experience.

Took my 2 daughters for laser hair removal. Spent so much money. Machine would constantly break down, they would reschedule 2 months later. Nice place but terrible service. Had hair done with Pablo, terrible Bayalage job and would pull the hair horribly. Do not recommend this place at all. Big waste of time & money.

Stacy is very kind, very professional and knowledgeable. She makes you feel at ease during treatments. She goes through everything with you at the beginning and works out best plan for you. She makes each session as comfortable as possible! I really wouldn’t go to anyone else to get Laser! Would highly recommend Stacy!

I have taken pilates in this spa and it’s amazing great workout if you’re looking to target every single muscle of your body. I have gotten multiple services there as well and their facial awesome. The staff is super nice and helpful as well. Totally recommend it.

By far the best massage I’ve ever had thanks to Samuel. I recently started working at the ICU and this massage was exactly what I needed. The ambiance was perfect, the service was amazing. Everything felt luxurious, soothing, warm, cozy, and relaxing, everything that I was looking for. I got a nice robe, slippers and a glass of red wine. Walking in the room was warm, and smelled like lavender, as soon as I laid on the bed it was so warm just instantly relaxed my body and mind. Samuel was so gentle and strong and knew exactly what he was doing. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. By the end I couldn’t wait to book another session with him.

Came here for the first time about 3 months ago. It started with a great pedicure, and since then, I have gotten my brows done, a keratin treatment, hair color, cut and a lash lift - all with Stacey. She's AMAZING and is extremely talented! I HIGHLY recommend her. I plan to book a facial soon as well and already have a hair appointment for my best friend's wedding. Love the level of professional services she provides and am extremely pleased I found my go-to person.

The staff is really friendly. Although two years later after going through the laser hair removal procedure I have to be honest in my review.

I went through the procedure hoping for lasting results, although have not found that to be the case for me. During my treatment. My appointments had to be constantly rescheduled because their machine would break down. Because I now live out of town, that caused a great inconvenience for me; between finding the right time when I could visit Laredo and the machine working, I would miss treatments. Because of this, the end result of the treatment was unsatisfactory, and I still have to consistently shave.

In conclusion, I understand the machine breaking down was not their fault, although if I’m paying that kind of money for laser hair removal, I expect good results and it being worth the cost. I now regret going through the treatment at this place and wish I would have considered other places to get this done.
