SkyHouse Frisco Station

My husband and I are looking to rent a luxury apt and we saw Skyhouse online so decided to check it out. As soon as we walked in the leasing office, we encountered Triana Cheeks and she didn't even bother to greet us and just told us to sit down very rudely. The entire time we were very uncomfortable and obvious that she was not happy that she had to help us. She asked for our IDs and my husband gave it to her and I told her I have it in my phone, she goes like you cant see the apt (i didn't have a hard copy) I understand that but then proceeded to ask my husband if he will like to go see it, why would my husband go see it without me? She was very rude and unprofessional. We could have been potential residents but no thank you if we are dealing with very rude stuff. If you are looking to rent, avoid Triana Cheeks. We went to other apts in the area and got amazing customer service, friendly and very professional.

I recently visited SkyHouse Frisco, a high-rise sort of but not really luxury tower in the heart of Frisco. While the building itself is not unattractive and certainly stands out, I was disappointed to see 10-foot each vinyl letters running up and down the 15+ story building apartment windows indicating that units were available for lease. This signage is tacky and an eyesore, and I don't understand why the city of Frisco signage allows it or why Lincoln property management allows it. It's not fitting for a city like Frisco, and I think they deserve better in terms of aesthetics. Overall, my experience at SkyHouse Frisco was soured by this signage, and I would not recommend the apartments to others until this issue is resolved.i’ve complain to the on-site management and Lincoln property management, but they apparently think it’s appropriate. Sometimes a little details matter but they obviously don’t understand that here in fact, they don’t understand the big details matter.

Due to being pressed for time for my flight I stopped in last minute with no appointment and was very impressed with the way Tanisha assisted me with every question or concern I had. She was very thorough, helpful, and informative of the aspect of the building. She even called me to ask if I had any additional questions. Her overall experience made me feel great about any future communications.

Ruth has been so helpful during our leasing process! She is a great communicator, so personable, and overall amazing at what she does. I am so excited to move here soon. BEAUTIFUL and perfectly kept property as well- but that goes without saying.:)

I had an great experience touring SkyHouse with Triana Cheeks! I was really early for my appointment so I was very pleased that she was happy to see me as soon as she finished with her previous guests. I was not into the first floor plan we looked at, but Triana remained upbeat and showed me another floor plan that I really loved. As a result of my great experience I brought a friend to visit later that day and ended up applying to become a resident in July!

I stayed there for a year and nothing ever works. Those apartments are cheaply built you can hear people's conversation in the hallway and the tunnel to walk into the building will blow your wig/clothes off. Its not enough parking, I could go on and on but the price of the rent is definitely not worth it

This place is highly prone to theft and vandalism attacks. Very Poor Maintenance of Security. Gates are abnormally maintained and controlled. They were kept open when they shouldn’t be. And my vehicle got vandalized twice last month. I strictly not recommend staying in this apartment complex.

I have been only living here for a month but so far I LOVE it. Everyone in the management office could not be any nicer. They are always helpful and kind. The entire building is always clean and beautiful. I like that the noise level is good. I can never hear my neighbors. Parking hasn’t been a issue with me. I love the coffee machine in the conference center. It’s well worth the rent.
So I do give this apartments a 5 star but I do have one issue… now I know I am very blessed to live in a building that has housekeeping making sure that the building is always in tip top shape. However, there are 3 housekeepers that are always in the conference center. That’s fine and I know they need to do their job but they vacuum about 3 times a day and they start to vacuum then they stop and chit chat or text on their phone. Then they start vacuuming again only to stop and clean a table. I work in the conference center every day and it seems like it gets worse where I can’t focus or even be on a work call because they are either vacuuming, shampooing the carpet’s or having loud conversations. They spend most of their day in the conference center that it just feels like I am in their break room. They do a fine job making the facilities clean, I just wish they would put their phones away and be more aware that they are at work and be more respectful of the residents.

Everyone was helpful in some way and polite. I have been truly impressed. My apartment view gives me the opportunity to experience the sun rise every morning and the calmness of the city at night. Very inspiring and I am super thankful.

The property is beautiful to look at. The experience visiting has been a mixed bag. The office seems understaffed. They are never prepared for walkins which seems like leasing office norms. Appointments are great, but if no one is present in the office for questions or service while someone is on a tour, the wait time is extreme. And then the pecking order of who came first or appointment times etc all starts to pitch people against each other while waiting. It's a lacking system. I get that optimal staffing matters, but for the rent prices, there should be able to be someone who can provide assistance at all times. The front desk person should be a more knowledgeable person with greater capabilities than package management and watching people come and go. And I agree with another post, the phone and email responsiveness is terrible. If you need help, you gotta book a tour to actually speak to a human. Not ideal or confidence inspiring for prospective tenants. But, easily fixable. When you do speak to someone, they are perfectly pleasant, which also matters.

The customer service from the front desk & manager, Ken, is horrible. I have stood there waiting to be served for over 15 minutes before while he just chatted with another tenant. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there or let me know he would help me. Just now, I called and he transferred me to the leasing office and put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. His customer service is by far the worst I’ve experienced in a very long time. I’d love to have a conversation with upper management about the frisco manager.

I usually don’t leave reviews, however, Tanisha, the new assistant property manager is absolutely phenomenal and is the reason that I’ll be renewing my lease. She is very personable, attentive, and pro-active in addressing the needs of the residents at Skyhouse Frisco Station. Major kudos for being here during a very difficult time, you are truly amazing. Yourself and Ken are the standard and the example, major kudos.

SkyHouse is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with right of a major toll way & walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Staff is simply extraordinary, the property is always extremely clean & has everything you need. Josh was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

The facility is amazing and location is even better! If you’re looking for a new place to call home with a “star” view this is the place.

Honestly I Uber so not sure where this was. I have for first time had breakfast at a SkyHouse place unsure of name of place I visited last month. Or where thus place is but I Loved Breakfast where I ate was nice watching the airplanes

This is a lovely property with beautiful views. The leasing management staff is very attentive and available. Tanisha is very friendly and easy to talk to!

This place is absolutely amazing. The view is amazing, the office staff is always so helpful and informative. One of the best commutes I've lived in thus far.

Let’s just say this is one of the best communities in the area and has an amazing view. I scheduled a time to go out and view the property. I was greeted by one of the ladies in the main office, she was exceptionally friendly and showed me everything the property has to offer. The property is well maintained, and the apartment itself was beautiful! I’m looking forward to calling SkyHouse home!

My husband and I made an appointment online to tour the property. When we arrived the concierge lady was super nice. The views of the property are gorgeous. The property is also very clean. However, besides that we aren’t really sure what else makes it a great place to call home. The tour was super quick and vague. Upon me trying to ask questions back in the office to get a better understanding of what is offered, we were rushed out. The property has great potential.

Building is nice but the establishment is ran poorly. Power outages accord almost everyday. Maintenance is never available. Dog pee in elevators. Trash and smoking in parking garage. The list goes on. I wish I could do -0 stars. Leaving soon!
