Love area and the staff…. Property cleaning could be a little better, but I’ve enjoyed my time here. Parking garage needs cameras and there needs to be more availability for adding visitors to the registered parking site.

I also really believe the property mgmt or owner should push to have something looked in to or done about the intersection of Oregon and Beckley. It’s the only way to get in and out, and it pretty difficult to turn from that intersection because of street parking. Accident’s happen frequently. Also street parking is awful on Oregon St.

I’ve been at Skyline Trinity almost 2 years and have seen multiple full staff changes. The newest staff is pretty good and nice people, also easy to work with.

The fire alarms go off ALL the time, for A LONG TIME. If you work remote, not a good place.

Exceptional location with fantastic amenities! The maintenance team, including Mario and Keevin, has consistently demonstrated superb reliability and assistance in addressing any work orders I've submitted for this complex!

I have been living here since October and I have nothing but good to say. Orlando and Tee have been such a great help! I did a maintenance order during this artic freeze and they both moved quickly to get it handled. Great customer service is so hard to find now day! I would definitely recommend living here. I plan to renew my lease.

I originally chose this place due to being in the perfect location. However, since being here for a couple months now, I can’t stress enough how happy I am with my decision! The Skyline Trinity team has been nothing but great to me since day 1. I’ve made a few requests since being here, and Mario has gone above and beyond to ensure my requests are fixed and with a positive attitude as well (which has been an issue at other complexes in the past). I would definitely recommend Skyline Trinity Apartments to anyone!:)

This apartment complex is modern and clean. I like the gym amenities to accomplish my morning workouts. The maintenance team never fails to show up and help me. Mario and Kevin make it a pleasant experience when I need something to get looked at. Thank you Skyline trinity for all the great support you have.

Skyline has been my home fore more than a year now and I love it. Everyone in the office has always been nice to me especially Orlando who is always willing to help me out with any questions or issues I have. Thanks Skyline!

Orlando and his team are the best! He got me all set up and sold on the place within an hour. I moved in a little over a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. From the amenities to the location and the overall unit, it’s the best place I’ve lived in so far.

I recently made Skyline Trinity my new home. The staff was so helpful during the move in process. Emely & Orlando made sure all my documents were completed within a couple of days I was able to move in right before the holidays. I love my new apt and the staff here. Great facilities and amenities. The maintenance has been attentive and Patricia is so sweet and great on keeping the place nice and clean.

So originally, when touring I had a pretty good experience. At the time, a very pleasant young lady was here and it was a swift experience. By the time I moved in, they had cleaned the house and switch management. However, she sold me on the quietness of the apartment (which ended up not being true.) Then they leased an apartment that was not ready so I had to get another which wasn’t really on a floor I desired but it was all they really had available at the time. The worst experience I’ve had here was maintenance STEALING $240 out of my apartment! I made an service order for my BATHROOM and came home to find out the money in my BEDROOM was gone. I told the management about it and NOTHING has been done. On top of that horrid and violating experience, the assistance manager KEPT wrongfully trespassing into my apartment- very creepy and unsafe. He even admitted to it once confronted about it. I just don’t like it. Lastly, when I moved into my unit a lot of my appliances were dirty and/or stained.

For what you get at this property I haven't seen any other property give what this property gives. I look forward to seeing this property grow over time and seeing what more you can get as a resident. I noticed what the property does need after my car was towed the other night is to have sticks that resident can put on there car so when you have input your car tag into the system the tow company can not just come in and coach your car. There needs to some accountability where they will have to scan the vehicles to see if that car belongs there as my car does belong there because I have a lease on the property.

I recently toured these apartments. The leasing agent, Daniela, was very informed about the property. I will definitely be considering moving here!

When I first toured this property I was sold on the floor plan I wanted and even signed my least for it. When it came time to move I had to redo my lease since the unit I originally was not ready and would not have been ready for a month. At the time Chelsea was very helpful in getting all of that corrected. A few months afterwards a new management team came in and made changes. One thing that is annoying which is paying a service fee to pay rent each month. Usually when you do ACH there aren’t any additional fees linked to that. There is no grace when it come to paying rent something things are out of our control like a persons pay schedule for example. Emails are sent out to residents saying if they need assistance and want to avoid late fees reach out to the staff. I did that no follow has to take upon myself to get an answer and basically retract information that was sent to all the renters as a whole. Don’t offer assistance or help if you are going to revoke or not honor what was in a written format. New management is alright in my opinion could be little more consumer centric. Also there is always trash in the stairwells and on the floor I live on which is a downer. If I were renew my lease with this property I would have to get the unit I originally wanted when I first looked at Skyline Trinity.
