Stopped by today since my lease at my old apartment is ending soon. Will greeted us as soon as we came in the office with a welcoming attitude. We had a few questions and he even made time to let us tour the apartment. I love the spacious floor plans at this complex. The amenities are nice. This is the first apartment complex I’ve toured with jets in the tubs lol. Definitely looking forward to leasing here in the near future! If you are looking for a place to call home- definitely stop by and talk to Mr. Will.

Came to tour the apartments and will was very nice! He asked me questions and he joked with me and made the tour very comfortable and easy. He explained everything and was so willing to help. Very good first impression when you're thinking about where to live. It also smelled good in the leasing office lol it's number one on my list

We got the car dealership special where they'll say anything to get you to pay the 85.00 application fee. We were upfront and clear that our credit was not great and we asked multiple times if our credit would get us denied but were assured over and over that the application was a formality and that we'd just have to pay a higher deposit. After filling out the applications we were told that there was an outstanding balance on our credit and that all we had to do was get proof that it was paid and that was the golden ticket. So we got proof of payment turned it in to the leasing office and were given another excuse of having to wait from a vice president.which I'm not sure is even real. Again we were assured by Will who said very charmingly "Oh 100%! We will get you in. No need to worry! It is just a matter of paying the higher deposit. " Only to sit around and wait until we were denied.

It would have been so much easier probably for everyone to just cut to the chase and say that our credit wasn't high enough to apply here instead of feeding us words.

Although we just moved it…. The hospitality the staff at Skyview is extraordinary! Will helped us the day we came to check out the property. He is super personable and made us feel welcome! Cari was amazing and extremely patient with our application process for it had some complications. And Cheyanne was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed upon move in.

All three of them did such an amazing job. One thing my husband and I care about when we were searching for a new property, is always the first interactions with the staff members. The apartments we visited prior to them was definitely not up to par with this team.

I’m not sure why they didn’t come up with my initial search through my phone, but I’m glad we waited and I was able to find them searching Google through my laptop.

We just moved in a week ago and I love it! Even the first day I came to look it felt like home. Will, Cari and Cheyenne in the office have been so nice, kind, helpful and cheerful! Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Residents that I've come into contact with have been kind and helpful.
The grounds are very well kept and I love the package lockers! Overall I highly recommend these apartments!

I lived here for a year and loved it! The management is great, and a special shout out to Cheyenne, Cari, and Will for always helping me with any questions I had. Some things I wanted to know before I moved in is that if you need something done quick, maintenance will get on it. Things are kept will clean and they were always willing to help out. I had no issues with bugs or anything lol. The landscaping is also nice and I will miss going on runs in the morning (there are surrounding apartments with lighting and sidewalks that allow for an early morning jog down the street).

My appointment was at 9 am I overslept since i work 2 jobs i called office Will helped me out and made space for me came in he gave me tour im so mesmerized with the quality of what i just saw im so in love with this apartments i have other appointments today to see other apartments but i just cancelled all i loved what i saw and Will is amazing employee he told me i got you norma thank you so much so helpful and took his time showed us around if anyone is looking for a place to call home this is it u will no be disappointed cant wait to be part of this community looking forward to it

Staff changes frequently but they recently hired new management and they’re helpful and friendly. Hopefully they stay for more than a year. Cheyenne is super nice. Talk to her if you’re looking to move in. I wouldn’t recommend living on the second floor because you can hear the tenants above you and below you if they’re noisy or playing something loud. The tenants are respectful for the most part. Safe complex as well.

I lived here between the summer of 2021 until 1 year later of 2022 I had a blast living here, the pool is very nice, it’s nice having a gas station and a Waffle House near bye since obv I need gas and need food, the schools in the area were also very nice enjoyed these apartments good times

Omg I have never been treated so nicely. Cheyenne is a great person with a bubbly personality, very informative and keeps up with the people in the community and the needs of the community. I appreciate your help throughout this process and thanks for being so great, she makes living here worth it!

Man, I love this place! Everything is always so nice and neat, from grounds and breezeways, to the office. The staff is absolutely amazing every time I speak to them. They’re super courteous and very knowledgeable. With the location of the property, there is so much to do. I love the fact that they don’t think they’re perfect, but they strive to be that way! Go talk to Cheyenne about getting in your new apartment home TODAY!

I am impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. Carie was amazing, but I want to highlight the work of Cheyenne, who was wonderful, respectful, kind and always willing to help us at all times, even though our process was very demanding, she always did everything possible to solve it very quickly.we are beyond excited to move there, we haven't yet and they have already made us feel welcome and that we can always count on her for help.we are impressed.thank you thank you thank you all.
