Our family highly recommends Sleep Experts Addison! Our Sales Associate, Brad, was wonderful to work with. He was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time he took to educate us on the different types of mattresses and for working within the confines of our budget. David was also great and gifted us some luxury pillows! This is our fourth time purchasing from Sleep Experts and we would highly recommend! FIVE STARS!

Brad is the perfect emissary for sleep experts. I would never have had the confidence to order an expensive mattress without being extremely comfortable with his knowledge, cooperation, and courtesy. It’s very comforting to know that. I can select an expensive mattress, and if it does not work out to be comfortable for me, that I will have no problem getting a replacement that is a better fit. There are many locations that sell Tempur-pedic mattresses but not every location, offers, competent, knowledgeable, and caring representatives that are able to make customers have absolute confidence that their needs will be taken care of.

David was exceptional and understanding of my medical urgency to get an adjustable full size bed. Not feeling well, I didn’t have the luxury of time to go through the bed test process. I told him that price was a factor but I didn’t want the lowest value. He found me the right mattress, base, remote and mattress cover and provided a discount all within about 30 minutes.

My only frustration I spent more time trying to find the store. My GPS had me going in circles. Suggestion: note that you are behind Whole Foods facing Beltline.

Talk about quality people and service. Best guarantee in the business. Hoping to keep doing more. Really good repeat business there.
