I came here to get a mattress with my best friend. George was help us out with great deals and service. We both left with a purple mattress and happy with what we purchased! Then less than two year. So happy to see George again! I came back here with my brother. George remembered me and help out getting my brother a purple mattress as well! Thank you George and thank you Sleep Expert!

It’s been 8 years since I’ve purchased a mattress and my have have things changed. I didn’t know what any of the terminology was when it came to coils and foams and pressure relief but George (can’t recall his last name) was so helpful and guided me through the entire process and found the perfect mattress for me. I thought this was going to be an all day thing of going from store to store to find the perfect mattress but sleep experts was a one stop shop.

Although parking isn’t the easiest to find the place is pretty awesome. George is ABSOLUTELY fantastic he isn’t pushy he listens and is genuinely interested in making someone life better with a really solid product. He also gave me a really good price as well. Please people ask for George and get the best sleep of your life.

Super helpful staff! I got assessed on their test mattress for 2 min and after that they helped me narrow it down based on the recommendation test. I went back and forth, laid down for minutes, almost fell asleep at one point lol I was really trying them out and the staff was very patient. Never felt rushed at all. They let me do my thing. Got all my questions answered and went home with a mattress matched for me.

George was very helpful, he listened to what I wanted and found it for me. I am a happy camper, and can’t wait to sleep on my purple bed.

This is the 4th mattress I’ve bought from Larry. I messaged him this morning and told him I needed a guest mattress ASAP. That morning I have a new mattress coming this week and I didn’t need to go anywhere! Easiest mattress purchase EVER!

Rolled into Sleep Experts on Memorial Day and was met by John who expertly Sold me a mattress. He had me lay down on a machine that tested my sleep pattern and positions. His care was amazing. Showed me the multiple types and price points of each mattress that fit my need. John was great at finding and giving the the option to have it delivered to my apartment down the street.

I was nervous going into buying my first mattress, but this store made it really easy for me. George in particular was incredibly helpful. He was patient as I went back and forth trying all different kinds of mattress and was very helpful finding something that was both in my budget and comfortable. He really went above and beyond.

George! George! George! What an incredible sales rep! Super patient, completely packed full of knowledge and suggestions. A snappy dresser and all around fantastic guy! George will get ALL of my mattress business from now on - without question! He went above and beyond when it came to every facet of the mattress buying process! Just got back from looking at mattresses. President's Day sales prices were $1300 higher than the exact same mattress at another store, so I politely said to the salesperson (David) that I was leaving. He asked why, so I told him it was price. He then told me the store's cost on the mattress that I was interested in was $3000 (what a lie), but he'd sell it to me for $2300. I wasn't going to buy it today without my wife trying it, and he then went into a ridiculous sales pitch about how it's easier for him to make the sale on a slow day rather than a busy weekend day. I quickly stopped him and told him that it's about me, not him and that I don't care what is easier for him. He then gave me his card with the new price that had jumped to $4600 if I didn't buy the mattress today. I threw the card down and told him to quit playing games and walked out.

Just know that the Sleep Experts will try to manipulate and pressure you to buy on the spot and you'll never really know whether you're getting a good price or not. Will never step foot inside one of their stores again.

I am not one to frequently write reviews, however, given the absolutely AMAZING customer service GEORGE provided me with while shopping for a mattress at Sleep Experts on Henderson, writing a review is the least I can do. George is wonderful. He is articulate, knowledgeable, sharp, honest and most importantly, genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. George thoroughly addressed my 1,000 questions and worked with me to get the absolutely perfect mattress at a decent price. I left there feeling extremely excited, and George didn’t steer me wrong- my new bed has been fabulous.

I have shopped at several mattress places in the Dallas area, but have never experienced service like I did while shopping at Sleep Experts, thanks to George!
