Overall it was a wonderful experience! David was very knowledgeable about all things sleep and was able to point us in the right direction for a mattress that we loved! He also was able to find us one in stock and scheduled us for quick delivery! Highly recommend will shop here again!

David was extremely helpful. The rest of the experience was terrible. I canceled my $4,200.00 order and went to Otts Furniture, where I should have went in the first place.

Technology not world class it something that let them know what type of bed fit your style or what would make you have a better / take data on what make people get a better sleep

Overall, a great experience! Good prices, excellent selection, and David's advice was spot-on. It was truly refreshing to find somebody that actually knew what they were talking about. And, we love our mattress!

I have bought many beds over the years, but never had an experience like this. In the past I have just walked around the store, laid in several beds, and bought the one that felt best. We were greeted by David, and since we needed some guidance, he recommended their Expert Match system. We started with the mattress recommended by David and his system, and tried a few others. We ended up liking the first one he recommended best. We certainly found cheaper mattresses when we were shopping around, but nothing of comparable quality for less money.

David O was very helpful and knowledgeable. We haven’t purchased a new mattress for 15 years and as everyone knows the technology has changed quite a bit so he let us try out many of them so we could get the one best for us!

Super great service. David was accommodating, provided us with everything we needed, and didn’t hover. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision at all. He really worked with us to get us the best deal and was genuinely interested in our mattress needs (posture, reflux, old injuries etc). 10/10 would buy mattress here again.

I forget the sales ladies name but she was amazing. Just the right amount of sales persuasion and not over doing it. She went out of her way to get to the price we needed to be at and was genuinely friendly opposed to the obvious forced friendliness that some sales people use. This is the second mattress we have bought here and will continue in the future

Great job by Dave helping us out as well as my mother-in-law. He narrowed down suggestions very quickly and we were able to make decisions. The following day I had to call and work out a pickup on something and the lady that helped me was just as helpful. Great place to shop.

Tessa is really helpful to explain how to pick the right mattresses for me and my husband. She allows us to try different kinds of mattresses with a detail explaination and comparison of different brands and types. She also goes beyond to suggest more options of better deals and combination of frames and other accessories like mattress protector. If I could give this review 30 thumbs up I would. Before making our purchase at Sleep experts at the Denton store we were greeted by Mr. Lobos who was very is very professional knowledgeable and indeed an expert in his field. Is also being in sales myself. Earlier in the day we were at a competitor mattress store And had the worst service ever even though we were ready to purchase. We left and decided to go to sleep expert's.
We were immediately greeted by Mr. Lobo's upon arriving at sleep experts he broke down the differences in the mattresses and all the accessories that came with it indeed an expert in his field. I would highly recommend Mr. Lobos to all my clients friends and family members.
