The front desk lady was really nice. Nice room very comfortable bed. Close to I 35 so there was more freeway noise than we would have liked.

I stayed here while going to school, the staff is the best, the place is spotless, the lady whom looks after morning breakfast, should be mentioned all by herself, she is amazing for what u offer.she keeps ur dining area spotless n keeps people whom are not sanitary from keeping there hands off the food, hats off, especially when there a repeat offender.obiviousy other staff older gentleman.hats off to your young lady for ur vigilance.yoyr employer should be greatful for having u work there

Worst customer service and front desk. Made a reservation at this place and they would not answer the phone. Called since 10pm to let them know I was showing up late. They disconnected the phone so they wouldn't answer the calls (yes once i got there called the phone and not a ring and made sure that was the number and it was.). They canceled my reservation because I got there late but also called priceline to call them to let them know and they also could not reach them. I called comfort inn who owns these hotels and they could not help, they found another room some place else but they could not give me the room for the canceled room at this other location. Also they also could not reach the people at the hotel they called and called and no answer even they could reach the front desk. Just the worst service ever.

Stay away at all cost possible. It will save you tons of headache. Been on a call for 2hrs with choice hotel trying to get a refund because jbaker canceled my low price reservation for a high price. Than they charged me for my service dog. This is so ridiculous.

Cant seem to get the people on the 3rd floor to stop stomping their feet all night long. Called several times to complain to no avile. Been here a few weeks and its non stop

This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed. No towels due to shortage according to the housekeeping staff. Some of the service staff was rude and unprofessional when asked questions regarding hotel. Staff is unhelpful and quick to handoff the problem to the next person because they are leaving for the day. Breakfast was not even breakfast, it was old biscuits, bacon and one option for cereal. Recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Well to start Front desk service not so Professional you ask them for a Towels cause room didn't have towels, they look at you like if your gonna steal the towels, Breakfast lady very Rude she comes at you with an ATTITUDE when all ur asking for is milk eggs yogurt. No eggs on the menu cause supposedly they ran out witch is a lie cause another review said same thing. Parking lot full of beer bottles broken watch out your car can get a flat tire. For the money ur paying not worth it. Go to a motel instead.

The people make this hotel 5 star for me. Always polite and always accomodating. No need to stay anywhere else

Room was clean and employees were friendly. Dog friendly so I had no issues with bringing my two large dogs. Would recommend.

The rooms were decent. There wasn't any towels in our room upon arrival. They didn't have any food for complimentary breakfast, only bread, and cereal, coffee. Housekeeping didn't service room while there for 3 days.

Great hotel just off of Hwy 35. Very clean rooms & great staff. 5 mins away from nearby food & gas locations.

Room smelled of weed, the breakfast was literally cold Biscuits and cold bacon. Nothing else. It isn’t really worth the money. I have staying in many hotels and this one had the worst breakfast. If I pay good money for a room, I expect better service

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Motel 6 quality for Holiday Inn prices. They say they have free Wi-Fi but they have it lock down so all you can do is check emails. No water pressure and water doesn’t get very hot. Breakfast is bad even for hotel quality eggs not cooked all the way a couple pieces of cold sausage.

We had a Repass for a loved one. Everything went awesome. Great service and good location. Good environment
