Slim4Life Weight Loss Center - Mesquite

The program could possibly work BUT I wouldn’t know. I went in to get information and was weighed, and they had a “class” about the program. Afterwards I was taken to the back by one of the “nutritionists” where we discussed the program that best works for me and the cost was $500 - $600. They informed me that there is no rush to pay, you can put down ANY AMOUNT (red flag they just want money) I put down $100. About 3 months had gone by and I forgot about the program and remembered the $100 so I decided to get a refund. The manager took me to the back (assuming because there were others in the lobby and did not want to say in front of them that there are no refunds which WAS NOT TOLD WHEN I PUT DOWN THE $100) She stated that the “class” where they give you a description of the program could not be “un-taught” so NO REFUND. The “class” is ONLY a description of the program. They DO NOT tell you in the “intro class” what to eat, how much to eat, where to shop, or what vitamins to take. So nothing was taught/learned. She did try to offer a cheaper program that was $169. So pay $69 dollars MORE or it’s $100 (what ever money you give them) for the “description class” of what the program is. If you want information go in and hear what they have to say BUT if you’re NOT 110% sure DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY because if you decide you DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

The center is awesome. The staff are helpful in every way to get you at the desired weight that you would like to be at.

Laurie and the stuff has been encouraging. Weight loss journey is not easy but with their help it makes you feel not to give up.

This is a great place. The counselors are really knowledgeable and caring. They know what they’re doing and you will lose if you just do what they tell you to do!

I am having a great experience with the ladies at slim for Life in the Mesquite Texas area. My plan is every easy to understand and if I have any questions the ladies have no problem answering my questions. They are so patient, nice and very motivating. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this location. Keep up the good work ladies I definitely can feel the warm welcome each time I enter the doors ️️️

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They care about you and your weight loss journey and are willing to help you reach your goals.

The people that work there didn't have the courtesy to call or make me aware that they cancelled my appointment without informing me about it and I drive 30 to get there in traffic.

I have been very successful with the program, and really appreciate the support I receive at this location. Thank you for helping me get back to the REAL ME! I finally look like myself again!
