If you like good wine, good food, and good service, this is one place in Grapevine you need to go to. Couches and tables make it half coffee house. Food is mostly tapas type but great. A little pricy on wines as are all tasting rooms here. You need to try it if you like wine. No beer or liquor. Returned yesterday. Great experience after having a horrible one at Tolberts. Couches are gone but nice settings in place. Everyone friendly and food better than ever. Try it ouy

My experience here at Sloan and Williams was definitely not what I expected. Avoid going here around the Christmas festivities. Service was extremely slow and took about an hour to get a flat bread pizza. Staff was nice, but definitely they were not prepared for the large amount of people wanting to visit. I will definitely give Sloan and Williams another chance after holiday season. This area is amazing and I know next time I will have a great time.

Service is atrocious. Bartenders move slow as molasses. If it looks “busy” I would recommend somewhere else.

Friendly staff, great environment, great wine, good food, live music Fridays-Sundays, definitely a place you want to bring your friends to for a night out!

There were two male staff behind the bar. One a larger mature gentleman and a younger guy. Both not serving any customers but doing the necessary things of washing glassware. And there was at least one guy front of house tending to vacated tables bringing glasses back to the bar.

But. Here’s the but. We waited at the bar for what felt like forever. In reality, maybe 5 minutes, but with zero acknowledgement from anyone. Those washing glasses continued washing glasses. The guy out front continued doing his thing.

So I reached out to say we’re waiting and seated at the bar. The large guy said, “We’ll be right with you” and from a distance I saw he did say something to the younger guy, but whatever they were doing was more important than me and my two friends. After waiting another minute and continuing to be otherwise ignored, we left.

Seriously, if you’ve got someone wanting to spend money, why would you ignore them. Beyond that, why would you not drop everything that was not a service task to take care of them.

We went to Langdon’s Winery a few doors up the street. There a single lady serving behind the bar today (12/3 at 6: 15pm) and she quickly acknowledged us on arrival even though she was busy serving. Then she asked what we’d like or if we needed more time. Multitasking professionally to do the right things.

The place was busy but we still felt they were bothered enough to take care of us. When we left she wished us happy holidays.

It’s a dichotomy in service retail: the best service experiences often come from great people busy doing what they do. Compare that to the dreadfully poor service a few doors away on the same street, even after going and asking to be served!

Bottom line: I cannot say anything good about the experience in Sloan & Williams Winery. Langdon Winery is highly recommended by us for their friendly efficient service and reasonable prices. The merlot we enjoyed was rather pleasant too there.

It wouldn't be a problem that they got our food order wrong, had anyone checked on us or our order after it was delivered for 20 minutes.

We ate the food because we weren't concerned about it to begin with.but after being ignored by 2 staff walking by us at our bar seats and our server talking to a table for so long, it became obvious our service was done for the evening.

In fact, the 3 staff members ignored us so much at the not busy bar that I had to get their attention by nearly yelling over their talking to one another.and it wasn't crowded.

No eye contact, no attention, literally rude staff and a wrong order. It made no sense. Don't go to this place.

My wife and I was there a couple of years ago and she liked the place very much.so we had our sixth wedding anniversary tonight, and we wanted to go back there. We found it very different. First off the prices almost tripled. The wait staff were very young and did not know the menu well when we asked about wine or food selection. So that is my review.

Stopped in on a Saturday night because we heard some jazz music! Quickly became packed! Drinks were great and manager (and our bartender) was so accommodating and polite. We would come back just for them! Thank you for the experience!

This is my favorite winery in Grapevine! The mushroom and Gruyère dip is phenomenal and the balsamic and olive oil is DIVINE! Pinot noir “the insider” is absolutely delicious!

The wines here are very good! Had the European flight and all the wines were on point! The Escudo Rojo Carmenere Reserva from Chili is probably one of the best wines I've had in my life! Peppery and complex. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the place has a cool vibe.

This encore visit was to grab some Bacon-wrapped dates for my Dad. Cool winery smack in the midst of Historic Grapevine. Main St is a lovely stroll through the shops, restaurants & antique havens. I will return!

This place has been a long time favorite in Grapevine, but last night when we were there the vibe has changed. The wine is great and servers, although short-handed were friendly but…. What is up with the lighting? !? !? It was after 8: 30 on a Friday evening and these little spotlights were shining brightly on us. We asked about dimming lights but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Later we moved tables and it was still bright. I felt like I was drinking wine at IHOP. Please adjust the lighting. It makes a huge difference!

We walked in and sat at bar, we sat there for about 15min and nobody said anything to us. There were girls opening boxes right in front of us and never said a word. We videoed servers drinking at the end of the bar, we finally got asked after 17min if we wanted something. We got up and left and won't be back.

My go to spot for an entertaining night out in Grapevine. Great wine and cider list with a few infused drinks that are unique. Live music on Fri and Sat. Great food. Highly recommend the charcuterie board. They have home made hummus that was delicious. Macarons were on point. Our server was outstanding and even made a special drink for our friend that she really needs to put on the menu. It was frozen sangria mixed with mango and it was delicious. I had the cider flight which they rotate out the ciders

Loved being there. The vine is good, the live music is phantastic and the flatbreads I loved.

We took our 87 year old father here for Fathers Day treat. He said he’d had the best time he had in years! Four of us and we ordered the 2 person cheese board, figs, naan bread and mushrooms. It was delicious and the perfect amount of food. Dad ordered the schnapps and loved the peach the best!

Great live music and the wine was great too. We intended to do a winery crawl of sorts and got sucked into the atmosphere largely created by the polished band, "Mystic Moonlight. " They rocked classic rock, country, and other songs you'd know. I don't even like country and thought they sang the songs as good or better as the bands they were covering (your Stevie nix was better for sure.don't sell yourself short ma'am.)

Had a white flight and a red flight with a cheese and fruit board. Wine was good. Loved trying them and seeing how they pair with what I was eating. From left to right for the white flight. 1st was a regular chardonnay, and the 2nd was dry. 3rd was my favorite, not too dry and a little more sweet. 4th was the worst, it did not pair with anything.
