10/10 would move here again.which I did. Just signed my 2nd lease here and I could go on and on about the community. The office staff goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure maintenance is taken care of and always having the best resident events.

My apartment was exactly what I expected after looking at the pictures online. New appliances, updated paint, flooring, and carpet. My neighbors are also very respectful when it comes to "quiet hours" at night. If you're looking for an amazing community.stop here. You will absolutely love it!

I initially had a lot of glitches using the online system but Alejandra went out of the way to assist me in resolving those issues even though these issues were not created by her. After some initial frustration with the technology stack, I am glad to have signed up in this apartment. Inspite of the challenges, I would like to say "Bravo Zulu" to Alejandra for sticking through and helping me sign up. Look forward to walking across to my office without the daily commute. THANK YOU ALEJANDRA!

Talk about over priced. $1400-$1500 for a one bedroom. These people are crazy. They claim luxury but it looks like something you could get from IKEA. I wouldn’t pay more than $1000-$1100 for a one bedroom like this. Just bonkers.

I have been living here for about 2 years and I absolutely love it. The recent winter storm showed how much the manager and her team cares about their residents. I genuinely felt cared about when I had a leak in my apartment even though I was freaking out not knowing what to do in this situation. Romy and Jonathan were the first to respond to my call but shortly after I had David assisting as well. Every follow up call to and from the office was pleasant. Heads up to an amazing team. I will definitely renew when my lease is up!

Beautiful apartments but if you're a delivery driver you already know the struggle of trying get inside Sloane 4216 PLEASE add a door with an access code so delivery drivers can actually deliver the packages. There's nothing we can do when the office is closed / locked.

Mathew and Tiara have taken very good care of me through the application process. Tiara was amazing when we toured the facilities together and showed me more than one apartment without hesitation when the first couple didn’t work for me. Mathew has been great with giving me information through the whole process and helping me make my move happen. Both were always patient and trying to help navigate the stress of moving into a new place. Very friendly staff all around. ️

I have lived in homes for the past 25 years and I was dreading renting an apartment experience - Sloane staff made it as an amazing, friendly experience.very friendly staff and great customer service.specially the after hours security services thank you so much for making it safe for us.

I have been living in Sloane Streets Apartment for a few months now and I truly could not be happier. When I first went to visit, because of Covid, I did a self guided tour. Upon arrival, Tiara had everything mapped out and ready to go with clear and easy instructions. I was actually not going to move in due to personal budget constraints and the fact that I wanted an elevator and garage, however, they had a special going on during my visit, and I was able to get the apartment I wanted minus not having a garage. One cool thing about this complex is every building is different, so you have options based on your personal liking. Tiara and team answered all of my crazy questions and emails, made sure I knew of all the amenities the complex had to offer, and my move-in was quick and easy. This complex is also conveniently located next to everything you can imagine from food, groceries, shopping, etc.and access to all major highways is right around the corner. Maintenance is quick to respond to request and they do not leave until you are satisfied with the results. I also appreciate how they host monthly activities for tenants. During the summer, we had movie on the lawn, live music by the pool, and this past halloween they delivered pumpkins and decorating kits to everyone's door. The only reason for knocking down a star is because the walls are SUPER THIN and I live under elephants. The front office was nice enough to do a courtesy call when I first moved in, which was appreciated, but it hasn't helped since, and my walls shake pretty much every night. The only time they will honor an official complaint is for loud music or domestic disputes so I’m pretty much SOL with my upstairs neighbors. Also, the main common areas like they elevators and hallways are not cleaned frequently making for a very unsightly entrance into the building or foul odor when walking to your door. They also need to instal more security camera around the premises. I’ve heard of cars being broken into and packages being stolen. I am fortunate to date not to have these issues but fingers crossed.

Ok yesterday my husband and I had the pleasure of working with leasing agent Alex. There is no other way to describe our encounter other than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Alex was super informative, patient, and left us with no question or concern unanswered. Solely based off of her eagerness to make this place out next home I’d recommend this complex! Alex you are AWESOME! Kudos to you for all of your hard work! Management, Alex deserves a raise and promotion!

I use to really love and be proud to live here but the lack of real security is becoming a VERY REAL PROBLEM. I have lived here about 2 years. The issues with security here have continued to escalate. First it was packages being stolen, then cars being broken in too. I know lots of people asked for cameras instead they hired a security guard who I only ever see in the sitting area by the pool. Well this past weekend Oct. 17,2020 someone's Motorcycle was stolen out of the parking garage. It was parked on the 3RD FLOOR! Because of their continued inaction thieves are starting to get more confident here because there is nothing really stopping them.

The moment I stepped on the property I knew this was where I wanted to live. Then I met Tiara who is just the friendliest agent! She took the time to show me all the units that fit my description. The entire process from application to approval was quick and seamless. I've been here for 1 week and I love it!

Would highly not recommend doing business with this group or choosing to rent here. I lived here for 11 months and the access control did not work for a month or more at a main gate. Police are constantly at the premise. There was an active shooter last spring and they falsely charged me $600 for a broken mirror upon my move out that was never broken when I lived there. I was traveling when I gave my 60 day notice and emailed my termination and they did not honor the date of move out due to a signature. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

I lived here for two years and no major issues. Any issues I did have they resolved rather quickly.

I agree security cameras definitely need to be installed. My Amazon packages have been taken twice and my neighbors garage was broken into. It's a cool place to live but is it safe?

I highly recommend this location to live. The property Manager is reachable and always willing to assist with any resident inquiries. The customer service the Manager displays is always superb and her staff is pretty friendly and customwr service oriented. They always display a high level of attention to residents' needs at all time and specially during the pandemic trying times. The maintenance team is always pront and respond on a timely manner when attending maintemance requests. The amenities are nice and overall is a great place to live.

I will be more than happy to give a higher number of stars but until they get cameras for security purposes then it will be stagnant. I have had my car broken into and multiple others as well in the parking garage they offer for us to park in. I will be posting couple texts from people reaching out about their cars being broken into as well. Just confusing for the money we pay that there is minimal or even close to even no cameras around the area.there is on camera at the entrance and that is it. I bring this up because if we had cameras we would indefinitely find out who has been stealing from the cars.take care of your residents.make us feel safe with higher amount of security.

Leasing agent, Carley, provided exceptional service during my application process. With social distancing instilled, Carley provided me with an endless amount of resources over the phone that would meet my apartment needs. I’ve lived on different properties around the Dallas area, and this by far was the most outstanding hospitality I’ve received. I’m looking forward to being a resident. Thank you so much for the help in my new place.
