They took great care of my Yorkie.
She had to have surgery. They explained all they needed to do in great detail. She is recovering well and on her way to being her usual self. I highly recommend if you need your pet taken care of. Thank you for everything. Friendly staff.

Amazing staff, very clean facility. They were all very helpful and we're able to treat my dog in a quick and timely manner.

I took Arabelle my English Golden in due to a insect bite her face was so swollen the day after a hike on Saturday. The Dr.and staff were so knowledgeable, concerned, and caring, and the office was bright and clean. Arabelle received two injections and after about an hour the swelling went down considerably and she felt better over the next 2 days she was back to her happy self!

I had to take my kitten here as she wasnt acting herself. They tried their best but unfortunately she ended up passing due to suspicion of FIP. They were very kind and helpful and did what they could for her and I’m appreciative of the effort.

Thank god for this emergency clinic. Pretty pricey, but what can you expect for this kind of emergency service? For anyone's special family member this should be the animal hospital of choice for after hours care. Very kind and caring people.

Everyone was extremely considerate regarding our emergency visit. Dr Gronum understood my concerns and wishes. Treatment was immediately given and pain medication was sent home for my 18 year- old kitty. I appreciate their tender care!

The staff were super nice and amazing! Very clean waiting rooms and actually I forced covid prevention measures! If they were a regular clinic I would switch vets to them. If you staff see this just know you guys are doing an amazing job:)

Took a cat that we had and distressed. Took two hours to see anyone and since we had only had the cat for or week or so the vet refused to see her unless they anesthesia him due to fear of getting scratch. The kitty was not violent snd had not but or scratched any of us.
Essentially they wanted $90 to look at him, $$$ for anesthesia, then $$$ for a treatment plan.

It was completely outrageous in Used emergency care for animals before but never been screwed like these folks want to screw you over.

It’s sad to take advantage of people when they have a beloved pet in distress.

I was so pleased with my first experience here. They answered all my questions, took very good care of our fur baby and explained all tests and expenses beforehand. Would recommend highly!

Our 16 year old shih tsu had been slowly declining in health but Saturday she mad a dramatic decline and we knew it was her time to join her sisters in heaven. The staff at the emergency vet clinic were great with her, my wife and me. Very caring attitude and gave us time before the doctor came in the room. The doctor came in the room and gave the infusions and stayed with us until our baby passed and then allowed more time with her.
We can recommend this clinic without reservations as outstanding and very caring espeecially with our puppy.

I came in on Christmas Eve. The only place open within a 200 mile radius of me. My girl had been hit by a car. The care we received was AMAZING. Without hesitation they started treating her. She had a fracture that was a 50/50 shot on being repaired. We decided to amputate. They held my girl until she was stable to do surgery. I had called multiple times on Christmas to get updates and they were busy but they never once made me feel as if I was a bother. They performed surgery early about 3am on the 26th. While in sugery my girls heart stopped. They immediately called me and they kept working on CPR. They brought her back, finished surgery successfully, and my girl is now doing AMAZING. I will forever be grateful for this place. They not only saved my girl once but twice. Truly a compassionate clinic and there isn't enough praise in this world for them.

Had an emergency with my pomeranian, only had one doctor available who was in surgery, had to go else where, they weren't prepared for an emergency.

Took care of our dog that was attacked by the neighbor's dogs. Thank you. Only thing is that they missed cleaning one wound that got infected later but he's doing better.

We are new to the area & this was the second time we had to use the ER Vet. Both times they have saved our dogs life! Randal was so amazing! He explained the procedure our baby was about to have to us & answered all of our questions! Dr. Poe called us when she was done and she was so sweet & caring while explaining everything to us. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate them saving our sweet baby!

Thank you to Dr and staff for the kindness to my Amy girl and myself. You all went over and beyond to ease Amy’s passing and comfort me during that time. Amy was not just a dog she was my best friend. Thank you.

A friend recommended I take my cat here for a tooth injury. They were extremely friendly, professional, and I was in and out in no time. In addition to the great service, it didn’t cost a fortune! Should I need an emergency vet again, I’m definitely choosing Small Emergency Vet Clinic!
