Myrna made probably the best cupcake I've ever had. The wedding cupcake was beyond yummy!

Normally a great place to get ice cream or cupcakes. This is going to sound very crazy but there is a lady with red hair that is kind of rude. I walked in to get some salted Carmel Ice cream which I told her twice and she gave me something turtle ice cream that had chocolate and pecans. Now mind you when I first walked in I asked about a specific cupcake and was it good and after she mentioned there were pecans in that I told her no I’m okay. Maybe I’m just tripping but that was definitely odd. Along side with trying to retrieve my items I had to reach across the counter instead of her just sliding it even slightly in front of me. But again to each their own.

We Got The Red Velvet, Turtle And Rainbow Sprinkle Cupcakes. They Were All Fantastic! The Service Was Awesome As Well! Will Definetly Be Back

I really like this place and regularly order using Ubereats. My favorite thing is the blondie and I usually order 3 or 4 along with other items, HOWEVER, the last few times I’ve received my orders the bloodies had to be discarded because they were over baked and dry to the point they actually crumbled in my hand. I wish the person baking these will pay attention and not let them overcook! I’ve had to throw out 9 of these for a $45 waste. Thus the 2 stars only

Delicious cupcakes. Got a strawberry and a blueberry cheesecake. I meant to take a picture of the blueberry-cheesecake, but it was too good. Got a pic of the aftermath.

Went in on June 20th at 720pm. There was only 1 employee and she was taking order on phone (which is fine) but she never even looked at us or gave us a quick "hey, give me one second" completely ignored us and other customer for 10 minutes. She actually made sure to not make eye contact with us. The places smells like cleaning chemicals and flies all over cupcakes.

Had this cake for my friend’s bday. Everyone said it was so beautiful. And was just as delicious. Highly recommend

I have eaten gluten free since the year 2000 when I discovered stomach upset when consuming gluten. I’ve baked gf a lot and tried different bakeries and I am sad to say, the gf cupcakes I bought 5/20/23, although pretty enough, had the texture and taste of moist potato starch topped with slightly sweetened fat. Frost gf has you beat Smallcakes. Please do some taste development to improve your gf/keto offering for those of us who must avoid wheat. Thank you.

This is my favorite bakery to go too. I go here almost everyday after school and service is wonderful. I usually only eat their vanilla ice cream and it’s the best out of all the ice cream shops and bakery’s I’ve had. My mother always orders the Wedding Cake cupcake and this pink glittery cupcake. (I forgot the name.) Please order from here you won’t regret it.

Amazing experience, i bought 2 cupcakes Red velvet and Strawberry. Was my first time going to a cupcake shop, the cashier named Myrna was really nice and answered questions I had. No complaints with the costumer service actually it’s one of the best I’ve had. She helped me choose what flavors and told me about how they make them fresh daily and they accommodate to Keto or puppy cakes that are safe for dogs. They also carry strawberries with chocolate and macaroons. Thank you. I will be back.

I called ahead of time (32 hours) to place an order, and asked what flavors they had available. I was very unfortunate to speak to an employee named Myrena. I mentioned I had a Dutchess de Leche, or a similar cupcake there bofore, but was immediately told they do not make that cupcake and only a very specific list of 12 cupcakes were the only ones available. After placing my order I found out online the next day that Specialty cupcake flavors were also available, but were never mentioned to me despite asking multiple times if those were all the flavors available. I called back and to my surprise the specialty cupcakes listed on their website were not available at the time, but they had an alternate list of specialty cupcake available but only in minimum counts of 6-8. I asked why I wasn't told of these flavors, yesterday. I was responded with a less than pleasant response, as if my request was only an inconvenience. I asked if I could still order any of the Specialty cupcakes since I was not notified of them when I had originally asked. Myrena stated that they had to be placed at least a day in advance. Again I had called more than a day in advance when I originally asked about ALL AVAILABLE FLAVORS. I then asked her AGAIN, what Specialty cupcakes I could order from and why the website has specific flavors listed as avaiable but none of them were. She responded that she would have to call the owner to ask. I waited on the phone while she called the owner to notify me of the other "Specialty" cupcakes I could order from. Myrena stated that I could order Neopalitan, key lime, and TRES LECHES, but all of the other flavors listed online were seasonal or discontinued despite the website saying "Available upon request. " I then altered my order to get 8 Tres Leches cupcakes, as well as 16 other assorted cupcakes. After I paid over the phone I asked if I could speak to the manager or get their number so i could speak to them. Myrena then told me that she didn't have the number, despite speaking to them on the phone less than a few minutes prior. Needless to say the customer service is lacing at this location. I just hope the cupcakes I did order are worth it.

I love this place, the cupcakes are so good and I haven’t had a cupcake I didn’t like but the wedding cake is definitely the best
The place is always nice and clean and the staff always friendly. Myrna is always so sweet and knows her cupcakes, Smallcakes Sping definitely has a custom for life
