Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery Garland

We went to Smallcakes for the first time this week and it did not disappoint. The selection was varied and we were able to try so many different flavors. We will definitely be back for more of everything.

Ordered cupcakes for pick up during the middle of business hours. Paid in advance. Go to pick up, doors locked, lights off, mailbox is full when calling.

OMG THIS WAS SOOO GOOD! The wedding cake icecream was the bomb! The cupcakes and cookies were delicious! We will be getting these again. I think I found my new cake spot. Also add bonus the store called me to let me know they didn't have enough of the icecream for a pint (they were almost closed). They offered a replacement with something else so I opted for another cupcake.it was worth it! This is the first time I actually had a store call me on a door dash order. Kudos

Great customer service, was greeted with a smile when we walked in. As of 9/8/2023 they've got pineapple upside down, carrot and s'mores cupcakes along with their regular flavors (vanilla, strawberry, red velvet etc). The cupcakes are always super soft and moist topped with buttercream that's not overly sweet. They've got pup treats as well.

I went to this wonderful place and bought some cupcakes that are divine, so soft, so addictive, really good, the customer service is excellent, very friendly and everything is really nice and clean, if you want to sweeten your day this is the place

Mediocre (at best) cupcakes at a premium price. The cupcake was very dry and the cream was not great. My 3 year old didn’t even eat half of his cupcake and this kid loves sweets.

The worst cupcakes ever. I bought 5 different kinds only to be disappointed with each one. The cake was stale and broke apart easily into crumbs. The cream tasted weird, awful even. I'll never be going back here again. At $5 per cup cake, this is a rip off.

I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and they came out wonderfully! The two ladies that worked the morning/afternoon shift were so kind and helpful! I will definitely be returning for future orders!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT HERE! Horrible experience and cake was not as promised and no remediation given. Cake order placed 2 weeks in advance, picture was provided to owner (Alex Romero). Birthday party was scheduled for a Sunday, we were told to pick up cake at 8pm on Saturday b/c they are closed on Sunday’s…. See below for the picture of the cake we received. Oh and since they are closed on Sunday that couldn’t redo the cake so we were stuck with this cake for the birthday AND no partial refunds were given b/c we took the cake (which we had to do since there were no other options at 8pm on a Saturday night for a Sunday party)

I was ordering on uber eats and called to see if I could buy something small and get 2 Pupcakes instead, because they only came in a set of 6. The woman I spoke with added them for free just to be nice!

This place is 100% gold. The people who work here are nothing short than spectacular. 10/10 recommend

Placed my order online for pickup.they do need to change the phone number on the door. The cupcakes were delicious, I do recommend them.

The cupcakes were great, as well as the customer service. The wedding cake cupcake flavor is one of my favorites.
