I have been ordering from SDFT for over a year now. Every order is fulfilled in a timely manner and delivered promptly. I had one issue once because their supplier was giving SDFT issues and my delivery was delayed. Their customer service responded in less than 30 mins and as compensation, without me even asking, they sent an additional bottle of the product I ordered with my re-shipped order.

I wish every buying experience was this fast, efficient and pleasant. Other companies could learn a LOT from their customer service department. I will continue to shop at SDFT for as long as possible

So, like other people leaving a review I will start with the bad. Shipping time as of recent have been delayed, in the past this was not so. But there could be many reasons for this. On the contrary, their products of of high quality, some of the highest quality around, at times too pure. But also they are a very generous company handing out free bottles of stock to you for late orders, reviews, and returning customers. Yes, their ship times suck, but if your willing to wait, the quality of their products will more than make up for their ship times

If I could leave a negative star review I would. It's been over two week since I paid for my order and there has been no update not even a pre-shipment label. This is my second order and the first one was slow to get shipped but I did receive it. This one I dont expect to receive at this point. It was around $40 they simply stole from me. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews and once I had received my first order I thought they may had gotten their act together. I have left 5 voicemails, because their phone is voicemail only, along with 7 emails with absolutely no response. I'm leaving a complaint with the BBB and also contacting the Houston Chamber of commerce and will be looking for other means of reporting this company and owner. Stay away and look elsewhere. Even if you get lucky and your package arrives it it will be 4 or 5 days after you order it before they actually ship it.

I have to be honest here. I ordered from this company several months ago. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no customer service. My order took more than a month to arrive. But it did eventually show up.

They even doubled my order when it finally did arrive. It seems they are going through management changes and are trying to make things better. They eventually came through in the end but it could've been handled far better.

The product I ordered (Phenibut) is really good and I have been using it with excellent results. I might give this company one more chance with another order if I know I will get it within 2 weeks and there is customer service in place.
