It’s been a while since I’ve been in the branch. Uziel and Mr. Jeremy, Branch manager, we’re very helpful. They helped to resolve my issue immediately.

This branch Manager named Jeremy is mean, rude and talks with an attitude
He doesn’t have the skills to communicate with a smiley face and doesn’t any patience at all to explain in a nice way!
He gets paid thanks to me and other customers, so he should be more helpful and respectful cuz without me and other clients the whole Credit Union Smart Financial bank will never exist!
I noticed that he even doesn’t communicate properly with the girls there
I believe he is unstable psychologically!

Long wait, while several tellers milled around. Smart service has declined significantly in the past few years.
