DO NOT MOVE HERE! Staff is very unprofessional & not helpful at all. Complex is nice looking but nice only gets you so far. I moved in my unit in June apartment already has mold/mildew around my a/c vents & the top of my doors which eventually moved to my clothes & shoes. I thought I was the only apartment with this same issue But quickly found out there has been over 5 reports with the same issue! They sent a person out to fix my a/c unit he didn’t know what was causing the mildew. Manager then gave me the run around. Never offered to come treat my apartment, clean mildew or switch me units. I have a 2 year old child and it is unhealthy for her and I both. Management has yet to get back with me. So thankful for renters insurance for my personal items. I am now seeking legal options! Save your time, the headache and money!

UPDATE! I called the office, receptionist stated manager was on lunch. Waited over a 1hr manager called me back stating “we have to wait a couple of days to see if the mold/mildew comes back. Also said the ac guy fixed my air. Didn’t know I had a ac problem, Yet When I spoke with him he stated he does not know Why there is mold. Manager didn’t offer to do a treatment around my apartment. Please read your lease agreement!

The staff there now is great. All of them! My questions are answered, very helpful and respectful. Folks need to keep in mind that the complex receives a million calls a day! They are touring a million a day. This is Houston. A million eyes are on a brand new complex. The complex is nice, great area and brand spanking new! Keep it clean people!

The property was very nice ️ Mrs. Daniel was very nice and walked me the through the process the show apartment was beautiful! A lot of people are saying they don’t answer the phone ever? But each time i called the phone was answered! I had no problems.

We apply for a 1bd/1br unit and got approved in less than a week, not only we got an e-mail but they also called us. All the staff is super friendly and helpful and it seems like people doesn't really understand that they must be extremely busy sometimes, every time that I have called they answer. Karina is super nice and polite and will help you with your concerns. So far our experience has been great

When viewing the show apartment the presentation was great I was truly impressed by the details of this property. However, the leasing agent J. Brown was totally unmotivated and uncaring about leasing the apartment. She had such a go with a flow, nonchalant attitude it brung the presentation of the entire property down. The level of customer service is what we see first and if that’s not the best it can be It’ll be easier to rule them out while apartment hunting. If it weren’t for the newly renovated apartments this review would definitely have been a 1.
Also after traveling 3hrs we were in need of a desperate restroom break after the tour which Brown didn’t have a problem with, but after we left and my sister went in to use the restroom she was told that these aren’t public restrooms, and that the City of Houston had cut off the water connection and the toilet wouldn’t flush although it was perfectly fine 30 seconds before.

Horrible.incompetent. I applied and got denied for some unknown reason. Have yet to get a call or email they say was sent. I called for updates for 7 days straight. Got left on hold, got hung up on. I want my application fee back! I can only imagine how it would have been living here.thankful for the denial!

My husband & I went in this morning we had an appointment with Ms. Karina to tour an apartment. When we walked in, there was an upset person screaming and cursing about her hot water. Karina asked her to please put on a mask so they can discuss the hot water issue. The lady Refused to do so, started cursing, yelling & turned on the water in the lobby demanding Karina to go to her apartment and fix her hot water. If this is how management allows people to talk to their employees it’s not ok! Karina has been in contact with my husband & I since we inquired over the phone, I don’t understand how she stayed so calmed in the mist of her chaotic morning. *they even have a sign at the door and they provide masks & hand sanitizer for the clients* which is great that they enforce this! We work in the medical center and were excited to see this property but with our work hours it seems to be impossible to get out and tour. We had to leave and didn’t get to tour. The property looks beautiful even tho it’s still under construction, but our biggest concern is safety.

We had got a temporary approval to move in on July 18. It’s the day before move in and they want to say we were rejected. And we been calling for weeks. They are unorganized and have poor management skills. Don’t even waste your time. They do everything last minute.

Planning on moving in soon and our app has been accepted. I read previous reviews and it seemed like they never answer the phones or return calls, so we decided to drive over last weekend. Shot in the dark. The girl working said she was temporary and even though we didn’t have an appointment (but we had called and left a VM), she said she could show us a one bedroom Cocoa if we waited around.

First impression was great and the floor plan was nice. We applied for the Cocoa and were accepted but have decided we may need more space in the Winston. We didn’t hear back from the office after leaving another VM or two this week, so we drove over again to see if we could see the Winston.

Unfortunately, our previous contact is gone and a new girl is at the office. I introduced myself, said I had been accepted and still needed to sign my lease, but that I was interested in a different unit and had called and left a message. Far from a warm or even polite encounter and we were quickly dismissed. It was very much a “you are bothering me” feeling. They don’t have any Winstons to show- even in the multiple buildings without tenants. It seems like it’s going to be very unpleasant if we move in and have to interact with the office for maintenance issues. I’ve overheard some current tenants in and out of the office reporting no hot water, etc.

We’ll see!

They do not answer the phone at all! Called more than 33 times Nd still no answer. Very unprofessional

I love it here, so far I have had no problems with the area and the apartments but it's not full yet so I'll see if this change in about a month or so.the only thing I don't like is that the management doesn't answer emails or phone calls so if you want an answer you might have to make a drive. But overall this is a very nice complex.

Beautiful apartments inside out met with Ms. Barron she was very helpful and fast with getting me in and answered all my questions as well highly recommend.
