If you need meal prep look no further. I am so happy to have found a local business I can trust with my lifestyle of healthy and clean eating. The meals are delicious and everyone that works there is so nice. I would recommend this place 100%.

Meals are delicious and there is a great variety to choose from. Makes it easy to hit macros (it is amazing how much protein some of them have). I like that if you pre order you can choose if you want carb side or veggie/low carb side. My favorites are the Burkey Burgers, Thai Basil Chicken over Jasmine Rice, Ginger Beef and Broccoli, and Buffalo Chicken.

These meals are amazing! If you want to get lean and still have your favorite foods that taste awesome RUN to smart meals! Have not had one bad meal! It is so nice and convenient too!

We have been purchasing meals from sharon for a few weeks. We haven't found one thing we did not like. It's like eating something that is freshly made. And it only takes two minutes to heat up in the microwave

I’m so glad a friend referred me to Smart Meals. I selected 7 meals and they were all delicious. Many food prep services I’ve tried in the past lack taste, not Smart Meals! My favs are the salmon, gumbo and chicken burritos!

Love Smart Meals! Everything we've had has been super tasty and filling. The quality of the ingredients are all top notch. Having a batch of Smart Meals in the fridge or freezer is such a comfort. Sharon is always so helpful and the food is great. Very good for those wanting easy and healthy choices. They have small and large portions to chose from which works for me and my husband. Great treat choices that my husband enjoys.

My absolute favorite pre portioned and pre packaged meals. I’ve tried many of the other local stores and even some online like Factor. The flavor is amazing and almost all of the meals are less than 20% fat with all other nutrition info on package. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pre order when you can to make sure your favorites are in stock! I also love that they are always adding new things to the menu and offer loyalty points.

Smart meals has been a huge time saver for me - if you are counting macros, working towards weight loss goals- they are the best in Houston! Sharon makes great meals and the weekly subscription makes it easy to update meals every week! Highly recommend

Smart meals has been a game changer for me! I work full time from home and having healthy convenient meals in my fridge saves me time and makes eating healthy easy. I love the frijos bowl, chicken salad, muffins, pancakes and many of the chicken entrees especially!

Smart Meals is a terrific provider of nutritious, delicious and fresh food. The food product is consistently great. The meals contain very little (if any) sugar and the calories from fat percentage (which is stated on every container) for nearly all meals is under 20%, and is often much lower. The meals are microwaveable and ready to eat. The service at their retail outlet on Wilcrest is outstanding, but they also deliver. The people there are friendly and they clearly care about their clientele. They pay careful attention to “eat by” dates and are able to prepare specially made meals. Since beginning to purchase food from Smart Meals my body fat percentage has dropped significantly and my lean body mass has improved. I highly recommend Smart Meals to anyone who wants to better your health and increase your energy.

OK, first of all every time I come here the staff is so amazing. Everyone is happy and helpful. The meals are always delicious. The variety of choices they have is one of the best I've seen. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner today, and she was just as amazing as everyone else. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place to get meals that are not only tasty but at a great price. I'm super excited to also learn they have an in-house nutritionist that you can work with to help you get to your goals.

Searched all over for a meal prep location and so glad I found them! The food is delicious and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. It definitely helps me to be prepared for the busy week.

The staff is more than helpful! The store is always clean and well-stocked. The food is good and they have a lot of options. My favorite is the lasagna and chicken enchiladas. I highly recommend Smart Meals!
