I went last week and I was lucky enough to be attended to by María. I have been to other pawn shops in the same chain and none of them have treated me with the warmth they serve here. My husband bought tools, I bought some beautiful pieces of jewelry and everything was at a great price. It is clear that María's specialty is jewelry because she made very good suggestions and showed us all the pieces we wanted to see. His attention was excellent. Thank you very much, Maria! You're the best.

I can honestly say that this pawn shop has a great vibe. The workers there are energetic and look happy to be working there. Not only that they have the best deals in town. Rene would definitely hook you up. The cash America near Walmart is mid at best and cash box pawn is great when it comes to customer service. Prices however smart pawn is phenomenal. I get most of my stuff from smart pawn. Don't believe me go there yourself. You won't be disappointed.

If you’re gonna buy a gun here look at the price and compared to what it is new. No joke 99% of these guns are being sold for $20-$80 more used then they are new.

I’ve been to 100’s if not thousands of pawn shops. And I can without a doubt say that, MARIO is hands down the best employee. Not only does he greet every single person who walks through the door, but he is so kind and friendly and even shares his thoughts and opinions on select brands. By far best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

If you wanna get ripped off, come to this place. I purchased these security cameras and they did not work. The photo is of when I came back to get them fixed or returned and instead had yo sell them back for 1/2 of the purchase price. I feel like I’m being robbed but at least half the price is better than nothing. Too bad, I have spend thousands with this pawnshop just this year alone! I will be taking my business somewhere else!

First pawn shop I have been to that was organized and looked nice inside. Mario is the best employee there, he was very nice and funny and this was the best customer service I ever experienced!

I had some jewelry to sell so I came here today. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but the guy that helped me was amazing! He was so nice, and genuinely wanted to give me a fair price. I had already had a few jewelry stores give me some numbers so I knew where I wanted to be.he actually offered me more than I was expecting! Easy process, more than fair, and genuine people. I came here based on the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed! I'll be back, for sure!

What a nice surprise when I walked in and found what looked like a small retail store. They have a large variety with great prices I went looking for a guitar and the two very friendly and smiling employee's Mario and Summer helped me find just was I was looking for. They continued to make it a great experience and provide excellent service throughout my visit.
