Even though I messed up like most of us? This was a great place to do what must be done! They kept you informed n promised on what time for appointment n when to pick back up! Great job

I started at the now closed Burnet location and had to switch to Cedar Park about a year or so ago. Always to the point and friendly. I did go through 3 units in 2 1/2 years. They seem kinda junky. Anyway, can't wait to schedule my removal in two weeks at this location.

Refuse to remove the device for my DWI client, even after removal was ordered by the judge. Run, run, run, and use Intoxalock instead!

I went to the Cedar Park location and the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They added a extra time to my interlock had to contact my probation officer due to the simple mistake

I was taken in right on schedule and the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. Because of the model of my car I was told it may take as long as two hours.
I was out in 1 hr & 40 minutes including the training, questions & payment.
Very good experience.
Great price also and they have their own shops not just some garage that works for some interlock provider.

Worked to get me in a little before my scheduled appointment, knocked everything out way faster then expected and was very friendly & helpful.

Showed up for an installation. Was in and out really fast. Both guys working helped me through the process a d answered all my questions!

The guy that installed my device at the cedar park location was 100% awesome. Call center extremely poor though. I got reschedule multiple times. Then when I went to my appointment finally I wasn't in the system.

They removed my interlock today. Took them about 15min and cost me $48.71. They seem to pay their employees well.

Despite the unpleasantness of the whole ordeal, I could always count on a smooth calibration, good service and a smooth uninstall.

I’ve never had a problem with my device and have always received great service by both The local shops and the corporate office. There were a couple of times when I needed assistance and they were very helpful with me. Once I was going on an out-of-state trip and was able to find a Smart Start Where I was going to take care of my calibration there. I hope you never find yourself needing this service but if you should they are one of the most reasonably priced and reliable.

They get me in and out courteous and professional.but I'm ready to get on to the next phase without.liked when they took cash fast and easy.better have money on credit card and if you dont have one.the hassle of. The vanilla card
