I received excellent customer service & the training was easy & swift. I highly recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for this type of service, and I am happy that I switched over to this company as I was having issues with a different company before.

The install went by very quick. The guys were very informative. Highly recommend if you are ever in need of a device installed in your vehicle.

When getting started with the whole system, I had plenty of concerns. After months of having a breathalyzer in my vehicle, (being removed today) I can say that it has been much easier to deal with than I ever expected. The techs were always helpful and quick. They were always good about answering any questions I had. The one time I had vehicle issues and had to be towed in, they were able to do a swap right at closing time. Only problem I ever had was with the smart start main phone number never getting back to me. Of course nobody ever wants to have to come here, but if you do, it's easier and friendlier than you would think.

Guy was kind of dry and somewhat rude. Told me I need to comeback for install another day. Resulting in me getting a warrant. Not his fault I know. Just poor communication between shop and corporate. Had my install yesterday. Guys were nice and fast.
