Horrible customer service over the phone they honestly make you pay to stay locked out and when you try to get your refund they just transfer you to different people only to leave a voicemail. Honestly by far worst experience and they won’t give you corporates number
I had to switch providers and I can say this Smart Start locations was great. I arrived early to my appointment and was in and out. Both gentlemen were kind and very helpful. Both gentlemen madd sure I was confident in using my device on my own and they made sure I understood my lease agreement.
The man working there was busy because it's a Friday. He was polite and patient. Good job

This place consistently takes longer than any other smart start location. It takes them 35-40 minutes per car. Currently in line and I’ve been here for an hour with only 2 cars in front of me. Awful customer service and giant waste of time. Go somewhere else.
