Worst service ever! Worst experience ever! Really expensive and the guy is really rude! I am super disappointed with this place!

My husband went in to repair his cracked phone it was fast and the price was okay but alittle over a month my daughter was playing with his phone and Her little baby drool got over the phone and water went in from the bottom! The screen was missing water seal to it I took it somewhere and they were able to fix it for a cheaper price! But shouldn’t of ever happened in the first place! I had to pay double for something that shouldn’t of happened at all if they would of fixed it correctly

Needed a repair for a shattered iPhone screen. SmartPhone Medic had it fixed within 30 minutes. Looks perfect, works perfectly and even included a screen protector all under $85. Prices are great and customer service is exceptional.

Always do awesome work! This is the only place I’d bring my phone and tablets to for quick repair.

I went to get my screen fixed; it was fixed within 10 minutes. I’ve also been here before to get my battery fixed haven’t had any issues. Would reccomend to anyone who needs a phone fixing

Visited another phone repair shop prior to stopping here and they didn’t have the parts for the iPhone 7 Plus. This place has all iPhone parts in stock. Should have gone here first!

Called to get a quote for an iPhone repair, they said i had to go in in person so they could tell me the price, i let them know that it was just a broken screen, they placed me on hold and then proceeded to hang up! Seriously! Took my business somewhere else!

Beware! Had my screen/ lcd replaced and paid over $300. One day after using it screen turned purple unable to use, took it back and said there was nothing that can be done not even a partial refund. Once you leave the store smartphone medic warrants parts and service against defect in material and workmanship. Totally not true in my case, they pretty much said it was my fault because they assume i dropped it. Lesson learned, have warranty or someone fix it at your own risk.
