This is for the stylist "THANAPORN" - the name is shown on the receipt. I requested a 2-inch cut, no layers, nothing special. I was charged for shampoo and a blow dry even though all she did was spray my hair down with a spray bottle. I didn't realize that's what I was charged for until I came home and viewed my receipt. I also realized that my hair was uneven and I had to correct it myself.

However, there are other stylists here that are phenomenal, have excellent customer service, and know what they are doing.

Thana did an excellent job cutting my hair. I will definitely be going back in a few weeks.

I was just seen this morning at 1005am for a cut at the Odessa TX smart style on John Ben Shepard. I did not catch the girls name, but she was a brunette with an octopus tattoo on her left arm. My concern is that my hair is much shorter then requested. Very choppy and uneven. The stylist did not put a cape on around me untill her partner pointed it out. She was not very talkative and didn't know where the tools that she needed where. When she finished I said thank you, paid and left to see my hair in my car mirror. I asked for a A line bob, and what I received looks like a straight cut / bowl cut, which seemed to have been cut by a person who has never cut real hair. I'm sorry that I am being rude, but my hair is awful.

Horrible experience I used to go there every other week for my son and myself not anymore. Took my son in for a fade on the sides of his Mohawk and the lady just shaved off his hair she even tried to cut the top of his hair off before i stopped her he was crying because his Mohawk was gone and has to wait for it to grow back cant even spike it anymore. I specifically told her what I wanted she said she understood and ruined my son's hair. Never going back there again and I advise you to do the same every other stylist can get it right and because of that lady Denise the Manager her employees know more about hair than her. I'm done with this place. Pictures below show what she did and what he used to have.

My hair stylist was quick, but not rushed. She was very friendly, and I’ll definitely go back to her. I got a hair cut and brow wax. She did great work!

Stylists did a good job listening to how I wanted my haircut done.

I have been here in Odessa for 3 years and have struggled to find someone who can cut my hair the way I want. Today I came here and hoped for the best and Irene (I think that's her name) totally delivered. I will definitely go back! I always regret the decision to chop my hair off but today I was pleased with my decision.

Thana does amazing work. She is friendly and very customer service oriented. She wants you to look your best and always accomplishes it for me. I would highly recommend her for all your hair needs. A+ plus service, a customer for life.

We came in last weekend to get my daughter's hair cut and we were informed that we needed masks.

We came this weekend with masks and while the young lady was trying to check us in the older two women both came to the computer and took over to charge their customers.

After starting the check in over we where informed we would have to make an appointment.

I wish the older two ladies had not interrupted us checking in and I wish I was informed of the need to make a reservation last weekend.

The hair cut ladies where very rude. Customer service is obviously not high on their priority list.
