Vicky was the best. Helped me decide on the best color for my hair. Very friendly and knows about hair. She also cut my hair to make it look the best on me. Very pleased with this experience. Will be returning just so Vicky can do my hair.

I wait for 40 minutes to get the girl who supoust be the only one can do a haircut with razor, and came with bad attitude and the haircut she did to me was terrible nothing with the photo example I showed Her, now I need to go to another place to fix what she did.

The reason that I go there is because of Stephanie I have been following her for 5 years and I go where she is because she is the best. She is the only hairdresser that can trim my natural curly hair and it not shrivel up to nothing

The stylist made my child cry (8yr) because she went way too short on the first shave and then proceeded to tell him his feelings were wrong and try to force him to sit for the rest of the cut. Pulled him from the chair where the stylist proceeded to argue and double down that she'd done nothing wrong. Became so disrespectful that several other waiting customers left without getting their hair cut apologizing to my child on the way out. They then demanded we pay for the botched half finished cut and provided an incorrect number for the store manager and claimed there was no customer service line for the main company. Absolutely awful in all regards. Avoid this place and go to any one of the 10+ other hair salons in town that will treat you right, charge you less, and provide an overall better service.

Terrible haircut stylist did not know what they were doing could have cut it better myself

Been sitting for 30 min while the stylist talks to a non customer about tattoos never once paid any attention to me sitting in The chair

After making an appointment online and checking in at the location, I waited an additional 15 minutes to be told that they are booked and can not cut my hair. I literally stood there for 30-45. Not happy

Kerri the new manager is doing a fantastic job. She can admit when she has messed up and she can try to amend her errors. Thanks Kerri for your service. Will honestly set an appointment next time.
