The best part of my week is when I get to sit in Kayla's chair! I've followed her around a few different stores for quite a few years now. NObody touches my hair but Kayla ️

I’ve been going to the same hair stylist for two years and I love her, but I was badly in need of a trim before vacation (growing out my pixie to a bob), and she was on vacation herself for another couple of weeks. Anyway, I was very nervously looking around the internet for a good stylist that was local and affordable, and I came upon Kayla and Ms. Song. I called a day before to ask questions and spoke to Kayla, and she was very warm and welcomed all my questions, and set me up with an appointment for the following day. Ms. Song was the one who cut my hair and I was SOOO happy with how it turned out! She made it look exactly like the style I had found on Pinterest, and she was very thoughtful and thorough in making sure I was pleased with what she was doing in the actual process of the cut! This definitely won’t be my last visit here!

I’ve been going to Kayla for years! When she moves salons, I move salons. She’s just that good! You might just think “oh she must be really good at this one thing. ” No, instead she’s good at almost everything. It’s as if she’s capable of anything!

I’m a very indecisive person so I also let her pick out the colors back when I dyed my hair (I don’t color it anymore). She always picked the best colors and did the most beautiful job with hair!

When I decided to do a drastic haircut she was like, ”I got you. ” Once again I gave her full control and she did the most amazing job! I’m in love with my hair! All because of her!

Very disappointed in my service. My color came out completely uneven it's really light on the top half and almost black on the bottom I asked for a 4n color and got a 3n or darker. My haircut was rushed and not even done properly she just moved all my hair behind me and trimmed about an inch off did not even cut the front of my hair orr do sections and still charged me $25 and charged $93 for the color my hair is about half way down my back but the color came out uneven she was switching between me and another client leaving me sitting with the dye in my hair while cutting another women's hair then leaving her hair half cut to wash my hair then leaving me at the wash station tocut more of the lady's hair and she constantly did this back and forth between us for about 45 mins then rushed finishing my hair because another women was waiting. I would not recommend this salon at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The lady’s name is Song that did my hair color she did a great job. She should be the the owner of the shop. She worked al by her self and did a excellent job. Thank you. I will go back to her.

I called and described what I wanted, and the color (purple). Was asked to come in for a consult. I went in and could tell immediately that the consultant did not want to do my hair. She spoke about the thinness of my hair and asked if I had ever colored before. I have. Right now my hair is unprocessed. The consultant started expressing doubt immediately, then asked what I was wanting. I showed her a picture and she said that it couldn't be done. She doesn't do that color. If she knew she doesn't do purple, why waste my time and hers by having me come in? Don't tell me it is nearly impossible to do, when I am showing you a picture of it. Obviously it can be done. I am glad that she recognized that her skill base could not meet my need, but I did not appreciate her wasting my time. She looked at my hair after I had just came in from the rain. She did not touch it, or see it brushed or dry. Her assessment certainly was not thorough or professional.

Real happy with my hair stylist. Song has been doing my hair at Harker Heights for 3 yrs. Seek her out.

Was there a few months ago and while in the chair I started feeling really sick. I asked them to stop which she did right away and I was feeling even worse they called an ambulance for me and I went to the hospital. But during my visit the stylist was very sincere, understanding and helpful.

After ten years with the same person, I decided to switch salons and try out Mrs Song and I thank God I did. She is absolutely amazing! She is very attentive, listens to your wishes and pays attention to detail when coloring your hair. She was friendly, personal, professional and super fast. I am very very picky and I must say she nailed the colors, both highlights/ lowlights. I will be bringing my daughter for her haircuts too. I am super thankful and can’t wait to be back. Thank you for your excellent service! You rock, like rock and roll! Happy I found a new home.

Char is simply amazing. She truly cares about your hair. She is the only person I go to style my natural hair ️.

I went for a simple touch up for my undercut and she ended up cutting it too short after I told her not to and she cut some of my longer hair off which I didn't notice until I got home and showered because my hair was in a bun

Stephanie did an amazing job on my hair. She did not have an easy time with my hair either but I am so impressed with her. Beautiful person highly recommend everyone got see her!

Friendly & convenience only thing bothered me was it's located in wal mart and fees too high! Cut & perm cost over $ 125.
