3The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the shop is clean and they answer the phone. The stylist, Jennifer is very rude. I observed her while I waited. Although I made an appointment, she started 30 minutes late. She argued with me about my hair type. It was a very poor shampoo experience. When the appointment over, she charged more than was stated when I called. This is the first bad experience I have had at a SmartTyle salon.
I have had the absolute worst experience here. Went in to get a conditioning treatment and a haircut. The lady left me while she did someone else’s hair, mind you this lady had a lot of hair and it was taking a minute so for her to push me off like that, while in the midst of a service is disappointing. As well as she put a conditioning treatment in my hair and did not tell me what the price would be so I paid $30 for bad service. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.
Been going here for years. Cindy does a great job. Love the way my hair looks after she highlights and cuts it.highly recommend Cindy.
