SmartStyle Hair Salon(Inside Walmart), Odessa TX

I received a color cut and condition. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the girls were very friendly and professional. The hairdresser who worked on my hair understood not only what I was looking for, but helped me pick out the right color, as well as the right cut that would be best for my hair. I am completely satisfied as well as being a redhead again. I found my home hair salon

Went in & got a color and cut, best and fastest place in Odessa. The stylist Celeste was the most helpful & knowledgeable with hair!

Does not honor appointments. Took walk ins first. Horrible customer service. Had no choice but to stay as we needed the haircut today.

Edited to add: the manager called and apologized and said she would have a meeting to train staff to take appointments first. Satisfied with the follow up and apology.

The ladies there are amazing they made my customer experience wonderful there all so nice towards you. Not to mention they made my hair look absolutely stunning I got a wolf cut along with a dye and I couldn't be happier I really recommend going to this salon

My haircut came out great and I had a lovely conversation with my hairstylist Yvette. Very nice, friendly, pretty smile and good conversationalist.

Prices are normally low at SmartStyle, and they were the last time I went in. But this one lady used the fact that I am an oil field worker to charge me more for a haircut.
She couldn't speak English very well but basically said if I didn't like the prices I could go elsewhere.
It was the stylist with all the injections.

They ruined my friends hair to the point that it looks delinquent and deliberate. The hairdresser nor the manager would make it right.

Have been going to Yvette for about a year now and have always received awesome device and today was no accepting. I have lived in Odessa for five years and she is the first stylist to do my hair how I have asked. Thank you Yvette for being so kind and sweet. Have a blessed Mother's day

Been Having my hair done here for almost 5 years. Celeste has been cutting and highlighting my hair ever since 2018. She does an amazing job always friendly and attentive to everything I want different done to my hair.highly recommend coming here and asking for Celeste she's the best always a smile on her face willing to help what your wish pic looks like on the hair color/cut u want! Will be coming here as long as she's here!

I have been going to Celeste for 7 years. She is very precise and pays attention to detail. She makes sure that I look and feel great and keeps me laughing the whole time!

I only gave one star because that's the lowest rating I could give. I checked in and waited over an hour to get skipped and taken off the list. Meanwhile, one of the ladies kept working on her own hair. Terrible service and customer service.

Celeste is one of the greatest stylist I know there! She takes her job very serious and always get things done right. I can tell she is someone who is passionate about what does!

Great place to go! Celeste did my hair and she was So Nice and Very professional… she knows what she is doing! Will be going there from now on!

The people here are very helpful, I walked in with dry, messy hair and walked out looking like a Norse God.
A few weeks later and my hair is healthier and stronger than ever.

It's inside walmart on loop 338. About the cheapest place to get a haircut nowadays, but horrible on wait time the bad thing is that the assistant manager is the main problem so not much gonna get done over this review but she is either always doing her hair painting her nail or letting the other ones know that she will be back and running to do arrons, hate it when I go in there and she is working, she sits on the left side first stall as you walk in, she is short, darker brown and I guess has done her lips, easiest way to describe her. But yeah good luck.

Staff is Awesome. Already had 3 different ladies cut my hair. They have all done a Great Job.

Everyone liked my hairstyle, but me. It was too short. I wasn't expecting to be too short. New look ️ but I would like it if it was a little longer.

I just have to share how awesome Diana was. I had previously went to another salon and I can’t tell you how bad they messed my hair up. Diana took pity on me and fixed me right up! I appreciate her so much! I posted two pics of how bad my hair was and two pics on how great she made it. Thanks Diana!
