Haircuts are expensive. They also do a bad job cutting your hair. You tell them how you want your hair cut and they can never understand you. They cut your hair however they want. I got my hair cut last year and asking for a 2 layer cut. I never got my two layer cut. They cut it super short. It's taken over a year to grow. It's shoulder length. Last year I went my hair was super long down to my waist. Man that cut my hair has. Very bad hand at cutting. I regret going there in the first place.

Very bad haircut for my 10 year old son. Did not understand what I wanted. My son started crying when we got back home because of his haircut. Very disappointed

Before starting the haircare process, Rita, assured me that she was capable of performing the job. I provided a photo of what I wanted, however, I didn't receive what I initially intended. Rita was very unprofessional she dyed my hair and left me with a lighter side and a darker side, and she was very rude and kept arguing on the fact that she was right and me the customer is wrong, she was also dyeing my hair with her hands and not proper tools that should be provided by the establishment.he charged me upwards of 350$ for a mediocre job. She called the police after I demanded a refund, when I just wanted to take my money elsewhere to fix my hair.
