Smashburger, Katy TX

I visited here for the first time.they are very Slow at service.checking out, taking the order and what not.they are fully staffed.yet totally unresponsive and just that they dont care.about you.i may try to give them another chance.

Just a bit slow.but everything else is good. The best fast food in town for me & my family.

Ordered online then waited in the store because I was told “it’ll be a few minutes”. Great! I thought. My food is being cooked while I wait! I get home (maybe 10 minutes) to find that my fries are hard room temperature fries. My burger was room temperature as well. Not only that, the wrapper on my burger looked like it had been used, or removed and put back on my burger a few times.

Why can’t Smashburger ever seem to get it right? Over half the time I place an order they get the order wrong. This place was completely discombobulated with complete confusion at the order counter. And of course they got the order wrong.

Ordered a Smashburger February 13th, it was a Monday night and they were slow. That burger was cooked to perfection! The patty tasted better than anything I could ever whip up at home lol. Will definitely be returning to see how consistent they are but gosh darn that sandwich was sure worth the high price! I Wish I got more smash sauce though. It was tasty but I guess I should order more on the side. Thank you to the awesome cashier and the amazing cook! That was worth the small trip to satisfy my belly for the night:)

Definitely gotta bring the family next time.

The turkey burgers are delicious. Just wish this location would do kids meals in turkey burgers. For the kiddos.

When we walked in, it smelled like dirty dish water? We ordered our usual meals but the patties weren’t “smashed” at all. We love their smash tots, so we don’t mind paying extra for them. But when we got them, they had absolutely no seasoning on them. Very frustrating. Won’t be going back to this location for sure.

Asked for suggestions and the questions asked were answered wonderfully. The food was great.

I ordered from this Smashburger location using UberEats. I got the mushroom swiss burger and Smashfries. I have never gotten so sick from food poisoning in my life. I was vomiting all night long. They also forgot a drink in my order but that is peanuts compared to the horrible sickness they inflicted upon me. Avoid this place at all costs!

I walked in to the sights and sounds of a cashier being unjustifiably rude to a customer who was asking reasonable questions with respect to their incorrectly executed order. I should’ve just walked out the door - it wasn’t gonna get any better.

I placed my to-go order, and it took them 30 minutes to give me my food - a simple meal for two people.

To make it even better, they prepared and placed the fries in the bag well before the burgers came out (there’s a heat lamp for a reason). You can imagine how excited I was to arrive home (2 mins driving) with cold, soggy fries.

This review gets two stars only because they managed not to mess up the content of the order.

It feels great being 20 dollars poorer, and only 50% satisfied, if that.

Went for the first time to a Smashburger here and the employee who took our orders didn’t greet us or even respond when I said “Hi” first. Later same employee did not respond when I said “Thank You” for our meal. We were the only customers there at the time. The meal we ordered consisted of two shakes and two single burgers and a shared order of fries which came up to $28. I could have gone anywhere else for less in order to be treated rudely by the order taker. Later this same employee was yelling at the people in back that she didn’t know where things were and it was extremely awkward. I saw her yelling at the people in the back as she was facing a new customer and I don’t understand how that individual is allowed to be the one taking orders. You can go to chick fil a or McDonald’s or basically anywhere else and find better customer service for less cost. One and done for us with Smashburger.

Clean friendly. We have some time when you order a burger somewhere and wrap it but by the time you get home the burgers sitting sideways. No issues without here.

Every order was wrong and they didn’t even have silverware so I had to eat a salad with my hands

Had the classic with cheese
Very tasty
Probably should have had the double
The single burger would not fill a hungry man
People in my party shared tots
Sweet potato fries and onion rings
All were above average
Though the order of tots seemed rather skimpy
Overall a good experience

This has become a go to place for a good burger.

Update: Got so sick from my last visit that I won't be back.

About what I expected when you walk in at lunch with only 2 other people eating. "Onion rings" were just meh and burger wasn't anything I'd write home about. I'll hit the next exit and grab whataburger next time.

No Ketchup and soggy FF, what a shame, this place was great new management need to improve. So disappointed ️

HORRIBLE SERVICE & fries very oily, food bland. My first experience was AWESOME, I decided to bring my family back the same day. Very disappointed. If I do decide to come back or recommend anyone I’ll definitely check the staff before placing my order. By the way the date is 1/10/2022 @ 8: 07 just in case the supervisor see this

Seriously guys yall made my burger look so beautiful. Stacked up with my favorite veggies. My first plant base burger from your place and I was in love. Thank you for taking the time to create a product so delish.
