If you did a mistake just apologize to the patient and correct it. Don’t have to blame it on the patient, so that you can charge the patient again and claim from their insurance. Also if you don’t know what’s going on, just tell the patient that you have no idea. So that the patient will go find another dentist who can able to help them.

When it comes to dentists, Ive had mixed experiences in the past which is why I was hesitant to schedule an appointment. The staff was incredibly nice with Lakeithia providing a teeth cleaning that was super gentle and effective. Came in a week later and Julio (I hope I remembered his name right!) and Dr. Nwagwu provided a filling to a cavity that was easy and painless. Amazing experience all in all. Will definitely be referring them to family members.

This is my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. The staffs are very friendly and made me comfortable while waiting for the treatments. I am very happy with their service. Will definitely come back for more treatments! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! My dad got root canal done today and they were so friendly and quick. He is no longer in pain! The Doctor went over everything and made us feel comfortable. Their prices are also affordable. Great place. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nwagwu is very kind, skillful and professional. She helped me with my problematic molar that had crown and root canal from years ago. Beautiful office, all the staff members were so nice and made me feel comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth, the dental hygienist was so understanding and patient. The place is clean, the attention is super friendly and cordial, the girls do not speak Spanish but when you tell them that you speak little English they have the patience to speak to you slowly and use their little Spanish to communicate with you, they make you feel very comfortable.they are very beautiful person I recommend them 100%

Jessica is the face you see and the voice you hear! She represents Smile Bright very well. She was flexible with my scheduling. The rest of the team was amazing, also. I totally trusted them with my needs. The Dentist and Dentist assistant were both very gentle.

I have not been to the dentist in several years due to anxiety and fear of pain. Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. The entire staff was courteous and professional. The dentist and hygienist were very gentle. I got through three fillings and a crown without crying passing out or hyperventilating. Well done ladies!

I was a bit anxious about coming to this clinic for the first time because of past experiences with uncaring doctors. However, my visit here was exceptional! Everyone there made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The women there was very approachable and caring. It is very obvious that they take pride in what they do and where they work because the office was well decorated and very clean.
