Smile Center Dental - North Lamar, Austin TX

I keep trying to reach out to yall and no one ever answers the phone when I need some very important questions answered. Workers are very rude.

The Indian doctor is so rude and aggressive. I do not want to go back because of her attitude. I wish i can give her 0 stars. All other staff are great though.

I was very pleased with the service and my kids love to to come To the Smile Center! They where patient and very helpful with my babies! I strongly recommend Smile Center for your dental needs!

HORRIBE place to go! The staff is very unprofessional. The assistants are loud. They traumatize kids. Go to a place worth your money and your time.

I've been going to another dentist place which I loved so much. Due to changing my insurance, I came here to smile center where all the employees are soo rude! They try to do everything fast and not caring if they do a good job. I was attended by an African-American Lady and she was too aggressive. When it came to cleaning my teeth she would hurt me and didn't do a good job. The dentist as well did everything in a rush and was being all rude.
As well I noticed that some were out of dress code. Didn't have scrub pants, instead, jeans.
I'm very displeased with this place. Smh

Horrible Front staff is worst expirience ever and ugh that Dental Assisstant manager is so rude to the other assistants, I had a bad a expire seen her do it just because she has a "high" position As a manager She mugged me as soon as I walked in And not just that I over heard when she was doing interviews on Knew Assisstants Telling them how " oh you better learn fast I only give 3 months if you don't learn then this position job is not for you Also One of my knew Assitant fresh out of school learned it in 1week " il call you if you get the job. Like How Rude can't belive she tells that to poeople like isn't it hard just by seing them running back and forward well anyways what I am mostly upset about is they way they treat us as a family and sadly the dentist didn't even fixed the problem & Evrything seemed dirty. This bad place to go to I feel sorry for the dental assistants that work there. Don't ever go here nor Apply for this job. It sucks Imgaine if they treat knew patients like that. Imgaine how they will treat the Employees! Just HORRIBLE.

The customer service here was the worst ever! The dentist was so rude and I will never go back! They were even late opening and didn't even care that they had clients waiting in the parking lot. Instead of talking and listening to why I was there in the first place, the dentist did what he wanted and didn't even fix the problem why I was there.ughh

Lots has chance costume service has improved specially the staff in the back were awesome and took very good care of my family.

Its a good place for dental categoría, but takes to long when they need to me something and give you a new appointment.

Front staff were really rude and doesn't listen to anything we say. The African-American doctor is really rude and aggressive and doesn't know what she's doing. Does things without telling the parent of the patient. She was working on my kid's teeth and was really disrespectful towards them, when she hurts them they tell her to stop or to be less aggressive she doesn't listen. Nothing is professional, they are supposed to use tools when cleaning teeth instead she used her nails to dig into their gums until they bleed out. She took out one of my sons tooth without any type of warning amd chipped another one of his tooth without saying anything to the parents. Don't waste your time and money going there it's not worth it. My family has been going to this dentist for 6 years and this is the first time something like thas happened. We usually have a good and nice doctor but I am shocked at what we witnessed with the African-American lady. Don't bother going, they're not professional nor do they know what they are doing.
