Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Mesquite

I have dental trauma, anxiety and a very rare case of ortho that requires multiple doctors and very strict monitoring. So a 5-star from someone like me is all you need to know! This office has never treated me with anything but kindness, respect and caring about my success and wellbeing just as much as I do. They communicate very well via app or phone, answer all my questions and try to explain everything to me so I am comfortable making choices. Dr. Tongo and Leni are my team. Doing anything with my teeth sends me spiraling but they always handle it with grace, never make me feel a burden and instead are empathic and compassionate every time. I guess I should also mention we are making progress with my ortho through all of this as well- they know what they are doing.

I had an appointment here for Invisalign, and I wish I could give 6 starts. From the check in process, to the scanning of my teeth, the entire team was phenomenal! I got to speak with the manager (Alva) & she was amazing and super professional. I highly, highly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs. I will be back!

This place is the best place to go to for braces. Main reason why is because they’re all so kind and hilarious, and they’re never rude or mean to anyone. They’re waiting time is very fast too.

Talk about a great team! Alva, Dr. Tongco and others that I am failing to remember the names of are awesome! They were respectful of my time and yet managed to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It was my daughter's first time to the dentist and was a bit nervous but they made sure she was comfortable. She went in shy but walked out smiling. I just can't thank them enough!

I'd like to share that my first impression of Smile Doctors was so warm. They made my daughter and I feel like we were their first customers since opening and it felt really good. The whole process from the initial consultation to her follow ups have been extremely pleasant. Dr. Tongco explained the process to my daughter in a way that she was able to understand fully and it made me appreciate them just a bit more. Alva, which I believe is the office manager, made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the pricing offered. I will absolutely be recommending Smile Doctors to more of my friends and family. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we have received thus far.

Today was a great experience for myself as a parent they made me feel much better about my daughter's diagnosis and she was also able to get the process of her braces started. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT I GIVE THEM A 10 OUT OF 10. They explain what problems you may have to correct in a very sensitive and clear way step by step. But most of all my daughter is so happy about starting the process of correcting her smile. THANK YOU SMILE DOCTORS.
