Brenda is awesome! I missed my original appointment that day and showed up to apologize after the doors were locked. One of the front desk ladies let me in. Brenda volunteered to stay and take care of me. I was humbled and grateful. She acted like an owner. Very admirable quality.

Just wasted over an hour drive in traffic to find out nobody saw my response that we were running 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, we also found out since we were more than 10 minutes late, we would not be seen. I was told that normally they would try and find a way to see her, but tonight they had an event to attend. The irony is the event is a customer appreciation event.

My son needs braces. We will be going elsewhere for him.

Incredible facility, compassionate doctors, insanely helpful staff. Why are you looking at other orthodontists? I will save you the trouble; I went to the other 2 most used orthodontist offices in the Georgetown area. They don't compare in price, services, or customer care. Just a fact. Have a great day and I hope the braces come off early!
