Dr. Khan rocks! Her confidence and attention to details makes me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I’m at the dentist. The office is clean (immaculate) and the staff is kind and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Bad experience with another Dental office dentist had no experience with kid right away he wanted to put my son under anesthesia because it would be easier for him.very unorganized and lack of communication in that office is horrible.
I end up going this week to SMILE MAGIC
and
Staff and dentist were amazing!
Dentist was so sweet & patient with my 8yr old son.staff took their time to explain everything before and after helping my son.
He got all his work done without going under.
Definitely would recommend this place.

Smiles Magic Dentistry is welcoming, the Staff are wonderful and nice.

My two daughters were in need of dental care and after speaking the dentist about both of them they definitely needed extensive work, although I had dental insurance it was not to cover their expenses.

The business office let me their definitely other alternatives such as a payment plan which I took them up on. Bottom line they made feel comfortable about what i was up against and reassure me we can get through this.

I want to thank the entire staff for their help!

There were lots of patients scheduled at the same time, I and my four children waited 1.30 hour even we arrived at the scheduled time for our appointment. After my second request we got into clinic and started the long process. That’s totally negligence and disrespect to patients rights, as there were lots of patients waiting for treatment the doctor just in a rush finished the job.
It was my last appointment, I will never go there again. I had a terrible time there taking care of my nervous children.

I had appointments for my 3 boys, they were scheduled far in advance by their clinic staff. Im usually happy with the service here, but I was worried about taking my boys out, which I have not since this Covid 19. Going in and out, filling out paperwork, then they tell me that they are not actually due for their visit until the end of July. I live about 35 minutes away, and at the moment I am limited on funds for Gas. This is the second time they do this to me. One of my boys has special needs and got stressed out with the outing there.
I risked exposing my children, wasted time and precious gas because someone doesn't care about their job and how it affects others.

Smile Magic was amazing for my babies ages 1 and 2. Dentist and staff very friendly and informative. Visit was quick and painless and the kids got coins for prizes after which they loved.

Excellent staff, caring doctors and honest. I highly recommend. Doctor Kaur’s attention to detail makes her the best Dentist in Dallas Texas by far. Entire staff from front desk and X-ray team very professional, quick and efficient.

Please make you a favor by not going to this clinic that lady Pamela Duarte offers you cash to go to the clinic to get services and they suck that lady is a lair.

They are always very nice. Very kid friendly. My daughter loves their play area. They have a cool movie theater and they play movies even I enjoy watching. I love that when they called my daughter in they said “Princess _”! Love the staff. I definitely recommend this dentist to my friends and family!

Love this place! They are always friendly, thorough, and we get in and out without a lot of waiting. Kids love it too!

Front office staff greeted me with a smile when I checked my son in for his six month check up. He couldn't wait to get his exam and teeth cleaned. Definitely a kid friendly environment. He loves the goodie bag that was given to him at the end of his visit, and how nice the staff is. Thanks!

Staff is always nice, and very patient with my kids. They explain everything and answer all my questions.

The staff is nice and comforting to my daughter. The only thing I think is terrible is that the wait can sometimes be ridiculous. Waited over an hour this last visit to see the dentist for less than 10 minutes. The scheduling is obviously not it's best at times. The office really wasn't even very busy. The dentist did do a quick and good job with my daughter so I appreciate that.

I received really good service especially from the front desk, as soon as I went in there I got greeted and was given great instructions on what to fill out. Definitely recommend going here because of the great service everyone in there provides.

I really like how they will work with your child even if it complicates the process. My child was still extremely fussy but they accommodated him in any way they could. I wish them many blessings!

Every single filling they put in fell out within two weeks. My teeth hurt worse than they did when i came in. Awful.

Very patient with children and get you in and out without any problem. If you have questions you dont feel rush they answer everything. Also, help you understand all procedures thats going to take place.

This dentist office is spectacular by allowing my children to feel like they are at an amusement park from free food and indoor playground and movie theater and game systems but most off all they get to watch tv on ceiling while gettong their teeth cleaned and extra rewards after their cleanings to specialized to the season of time like free lunches or school time free backpacks etc. The only flaw is wait time almost 45 mins to 1hr to be seen but because they have great customer service at front desk and in dentist office i would say no flaws because good customer service is hard to find.
