Smile Magic Dental, Grand Prairie TX

The dentist and all the staff were so friendly and professional! My son is autistic and they were able to deal with him calmly. He can be very hard to deal with once he is scared but they didn't ask me to leave or rush him. They took their time. I loved it. Because of Covid, you could sit in your car and wait to be called. They had masks, hand sanitizer, hand wipes everything! They were walking around cleaning constantly. They actually had one person walking around non stop just constantly wiping everything down. They have toys, balloons, tooth brushes and prizes for the kids.

Great customer service from the moment we walked in and the moment we left. Dr. Chung was very patient and friendly throughout my daighters visit. All staff were super friendly from x-rays, teeth cleaning, and billing. Thank you!:)

Great place to bring the kids. We had a great experience. The Staff is very friendly and Dr. Foster is the best as he is very patient with the kids and adults.

Huge shout out to Diana Chung! She was amazing and so patient with my three-year-old. He had to get a procedure on his two front teeth and she was so sweet to him the whole time they deserve way more than five stars you can tell she’s passionate about her career. She really cares about the kids. I drove an hour just to take my son here and it was totally worth it. ️ Thank y’all smile magic keep up the good work people definitely will notice.

Not very clean. I would love a follow-phone call regarding people not using gloves. Touching their hair, and touching utensils right after that goes into the patient's mouth. Regardless of COVID, this is very unclean and unprofessional. Definitely finding another provider!

Smile Magic is my FAVORITE “tooth-place”! We have gone to several trying to find somewhere we truly felt like our kids would like. We wanted to be able to take what was such a dreaded Scary visit for some, and turn it into something good. Well Smile Magic doesn’t just go good, they do magical. Dr. Chung and Dr. Foster have gone above and beyond for all my boys. They absolutely love it there, and when we talk about the dentist they don’t get fearful or worrisome. They get excited. We pull up and even my 2-year old is saying or more like screaming, “AHH I WANNA PLAYYY! ” They not only enjoy their experience with the staff, but they get to play in a castle-themed play room, and watch movies, or play video games before their appointments. When we leave they get sooo excited for their “magic GOLD coin” that gets them a toy out of the “magic toy holder”. The whole experience is always magical, so you are a truly lucky kid if your dental appointments are at the Kingdom of Smile Magic.

Staff were very kind and informative. Anything I had questions on, they would do their best to give me an accurate answer. Definitely recommend a+

I really loved this place, the staff was nice! No long waiting I was in and out within one hour. DR Foster wxplained everything to me.

We pay like 1500 and they don't do nothing every appointment we went they just do a regular cleaning and give a toht brush.

After few months they request a new contract with huge payments.
So think two times before yuo fo to this place or just throw your money from a window will save you a piece of mine.

My 3 yr old enjoyed his visit today. The dr.was awesome. Did not enjoy waiting so long to see the doctor but it was worth the wait. She made my kids feel comfortable.

The staff is very friendly with the children. They treated them each with patience and respect. I went straight to the dentist after picking them up from daycare and they provided the children with pizza. Truly making a visit to the dentist enjoyable for children.

I have been bringing my son to this office since he was little and the staff n doctors are so nice i have never had a bad experience.

This is an awesome place for pediatric dentistry! Today, we received excellent service! My son is 3 years old, and this is the only dentist we've ever brought him to. The service is always good, but today everyone went above and beyond to care for him and my twin daughters, who didn't even get an exam today.

Smile magic wants to charge again for a filling that partially fell out because it wasn't done correctly there first time.

I really love the communication and the way addressed all of our concerns before and after treatment was done on our children. It was a great experience.
