Smile Magic Dental & Braces of Denton

Terrible service they switched my appointment from 12: 00 to 1: 30 and my child and me was waiting in the waiting room till 4: 30 before we was even seen definitely won’t be going back to the Denton location!

Had a very bad experience. A ton of people were there (no social distancing could be done at all.) Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. We got to our appointment 20 minutes early and seen people going and leaving that came in after us.

The Dr will always listen and HEAR you out, your dental needs and WANTS! They ALWAYS make sure you never leave the office with doubts or unanswered questions. The staff is so friendly, I had the worst migraine and they got me in and OUT, also asked if I needed water and turned the lights down for me. You won’t be disappointed!

I did not schedule this appointment and we did not go. I don’t know why I got a text saying thank you for choosing smile magic we hope you enjoyed your visit when we didn’t even go. I will be contacting my insurance company to make sure they were not billed.

This is place is awesome. It's a judgement free, extremely kid friendly environment. I 100% recommend.

Lobby was full of screaming kids.i know for a fact I had several cavities and when I went they told me I had none and there was nothing wrong and wouldn’t do anything about the ones my previous dentist said I had.

My kids love this place to much. Also, the doctor was a professional person. He has given me reasonable reasons. Thank you

From the moment you open the door, you capture the love and care they have put to make the visit a magical experience. The staff and Dr. Walton were cortuous and respectful. My daughter and myself are thrilled with Smile Magic Denton.

By far the BEST! The staff is wonderful, and the best dentists! So helpful. They always take their time and talk to my child and explain everything they are going to do, and they make sure he is comfortable before starting. I would highly recommend for people of any age, great place to take kids!

4 yr old Granddaughter doesn't like opening her mouth for the dentist (or her doctor). The employees and dentist were very kind and patient with her. I would definitely recommend Smile Magic for anyone with children.

As a new patient my daughter loved it, they even put her anxieties at ease. (Her older brothers fault) will be going back and would recommend to others

Great atmosphere! My daughter's been going here for 4 years, and hasn't had a bad experience at all. The employees are professional and are great at their jobs. They make us feel welcome each time we come! My daughter enjoys the free toothbrushes and toothpaste she gets, as well as coins to use in the prize machines. I'm strongly considering changing my dentist to smile magic. Keep up the good work smile magic!

I was more than pleased with all the staff. My son loved it and had no problem letting them clean his teeth. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Everyone was wonderful! Very calm. They trwar you like a person not a chart ir checkbook. Would highly recommend!

Wow I'm so so happy my kids came here the front desk people are so nice even the dentist and his workers no complains don't change nothing and Jesse work on my 5 yr old teeth he so awesome with kids I'm happy i can trust this dentist company with my babies ya are bad ass in denton thanku for hiring caring people my kids love it and me too:) Thank you for popcorn and delicious cookies melt in my kids mouth I love your staff and dentist ya are best in denton tx aaaaaaa+

Amazing experience. At the end, they gave my son a crown, and then everyone in the office started clapping and saying wooohoo! Haha my son loved it. Made him feel like royalty.

We love this dentist. My children are patients at the Denton location, and the staff is absolutely wonderful with my kids. They cater to children so much. They help make every visit pleasant for us.

We love Doctor Samuel, we use to live in denton but now we drive all the way from Southlake just to see Dr. Samuel he is very gentle and has a great bedside manner. Today my sons cap had to get fixed because it fell off, of course he didn't like it.he is only 3 but the staff handled the situation very well and was patient. Before this appointment he had to get the three initial caps put on and of course i was terrified because my little baby was "going under" the staff did a great job on that as well very patient and even handled me with kid gloves which i kind of needed.i was able to watch my son the whole time through a video system they have. A plus is they accept medicaid, my sons chip, and now our current insurance through Met-life. Over all very happy and it is worth the 45 min drive i have to take to this office
