I loved everything about Smile Straight, from the office to the staff. Also the prices are very affordable especially during the current time we are living in (covid-19) and every household is being affected economically with this pandemic. Its nice to know they're businesses out there that understand and try to help.

All office staff was very kind and informative during our consultation. We were in and out in a timely matter, and scheduling was quick. We cant wait to get our braces!

Being an ortho patient from out-of-state, I was incredibly nervous about having to switch my provider mid-way through treatment. However, the ladies at SmileStraight are really great! So friendly and helpful and totally invested in your smile. I was more than impressed by the level of service and urgency, and my appointment was timely. I was well taken care of. Definitely found my new ortho home!

Consultation was easy. No services needed at this time. It was stated that consultation was "free. " Insurance was requested. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was informative and communicated easily the needs, reasons, and timeframes. Future financing possibilities were brought to attention. Clean environment. Comfortable patient.

This is the best place to bring your child for braces my son was cry cause he was nervous and then they talked to him let him calm down and then started his process with the braces I was able to be in the back with him which made it better as well for him he started to cry again half way through it cause his mouth was getting sore from being opened well they stopped for a few min let him get up walk around and rinse his mouth out I have never been to a place that will make you kids feel so comfortable like y’all have and I appreciate that so much I will most definitely recommend any friend or family member to smile straight from here on out

Awesome place. Took 2 of my kids for their first consultation. They found a cyst on my daughters wisdom tooth. Sent us to an oral surgeon, where we just got that taken care of. My son has had 3 appointments so far with them. And will get his braces on soon. It’s been an awesome experience every time we’ve gone. After my daughter heals from her surgery, she will be getting her braces as well. Friendly and caring staff and very clean place.

Went in for a consultation to transfer care from our orthodontist in Louisiana after moving to Midland. I was informed at the end if the consultation that the charge to complete my son's treatment (6-9 months to complete correction of what remained of his overbite) would be $5,000. The employee went on to explain that even through we are transferring, they still have to charge for complete treatment. I have contacted 3 other offices in the Midland area as well as my own back home and this does not seem to be the industry standard. We will be going elsewhere.

We had our first visit here, and I must say it was very pleasant! We came to our daughter's first appointment, and consultation for braces. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a smile, and the facility smelled good, and was very clean and nice. Kristi was a pleasure to sit down and do our consultation with, and Dr. Sullivan was very sweet and attentive. We were in and out in no time with no long wait. They were all very professional, explained things thoroughly, and we were able to get my daughter's treatment started. I would recommend anyone to this place! First impressions are EVERYTHING!
