The Dentist is absolutely amazing, My 1 star goes to the front receptionist, Extremely rude every time we go. I pay just like everyone else. I see the difference as how they treat others as they come in after me. Rude!

My 11 year old was super scared before we came into the office. Once they brought us into the office she had alot of questions, so blessed to the staff for being so friendly, patient and clear with her as well as myself! Well right before they finished explaining the contract she was already begging me for braces. Well let's not forget with all this COVID situation going on I was keeping an eye out, the staff is being very careful and safe about everything and always remembering to SANITIZE which is GREAT! Thanks to the staff for making my daughter feel so comfortable and safe.

I went in to discuss prices and work necessary and I walked out with braces! This was a great experience. The process was short and painless, everybody was professional and friendly. I liked the 'relaxed' feel of the office.

Came in for a consultation. Staff was extremely friendly and answered every question I had. Monica helped me with the finances for the braces. Every was very helpful!

Great experience. Amazing service. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed. Monica was an expert in the financial aspect and was able to work with my budget to make it possible for my son and I to get braces (on the same day)! Naomi was great at explaining the do's and don'ts of wearing braces.

I highly recommend Smile Straight Orthodontics. The wait time is no longer than 20 minutes. I went into for a consultation and that same day (15 minutes later) I got my braces! Staff is friendly and professional.
