Horrible service, never get call backs, office people not doing what i was told to get a refund. Not able to contact corporate or manager. Been dealing with trying to get my money back for services i had to pay upfront.

Everything with this Dr and Rosie has been awesome!
My huge complaint is the call center that sets appts. They don’t listen to you, they don’t understand me fully, they claim they sent email to have Rosie call us and no return call, did they really send email?
I got to my appt today to find out it’s not with the Oral Surgeon, no one had a clue why I was here, the receptionist Stephanie was very helpful, however no one has yet to return her calls about what she can do today for him.please do something with call center as they are not setting appts right.

Came in October seemed like a great chain dentistry. My son had a tooth that needed to be looked at which I explained when making the appointment. See the general dentist, after requesting an appointment with the pediatric dentist. She says I need to see pediatric. So finally a month later I get to see the pediatric dentist who says he isn’t getting work done today but needs to see an endodontist, which the general dents could have told me a month ago and we would have went immediately. So when I begin to question why I wasn’t told this a month ago and why he wasn’t put on antibiotics or anything they refused to see him anymore. Find a private dentist. Chains are a joke a milk your insurance for everything they can. Been seen twice now and my sons still in pain. They did nothing. Freaking joke. Also wanting to pull teeth that are fixing to fall out. They also instructed me not to let him eat or drink so that they could do work and then did NOTHING but waste time and insurance money
