So happy with our full experience! My daughter and I got our braces off today! Dr. Menéndez is so sweet and attentive. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. You feel like family each time you come in. Office is always clean. They do not double book. So the time of your appointment is the time you will be sent in. Thank you Smiles Orthodontics staff! Ya’ll are awesome!

The team at this practice is absolutely wonderful. In terms of customer service and helpfulness, they go above and beyond. Shell will make sure you get what you need and in a timely manner. She was so patient with me! They are responsive and communicative. Super grateful for this team and my retainers I got made here!

Smiles orthodontists is very good. They are helpful, nice, and most importantly good at fixing teeth. When I first came i thought i thought they couldn’t fix my teeth. Fast forward 2 years later im getting my braces off and my teeth are the best they can be. Thank you Smiles orthodontics.

I came to Dr. Menendez when I was a freshman in High School. She always was very precise with her work, and I thoroughly enjoyed coming to see her. Because she was so good with her work, I in return, made sure to do my part by wearing my rubber bands and ended up getting my braces off early. Now, I am a Senior in college getting new retainers, and she is just as great as she was when I was a kid. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best experience we have ever had. Dr. Menedez and her staff are the best! We had a terrible experience with our transfer from Georgia, but Shell made it as smooth as she could and was an excellent communicator. It was nothing but excellence and professionalism until my daughter was done with her treatment. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Neal at the front desk.
