I had always taken my child here and a doctor gave me a very inappropriate diagnosis, moms, always ask for second opinions. I took my 4-year-old child because he said that his teeth hurt a lot and that doctor checked me and told me that my child was growing 4 molars at once and that's why it hurt a lot really be careful what neither child had was an ear infection I don't know how much my child suffered and well I believed him xk according to them they are professionals thank God take My child to emergencies in time Another thing, moms, we have to learn the names of the doctors who check our children because I don't even know what that doctor is called (and well, the damned teeth never came out) ? !

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The dentist and the dental assistant were very professional and curtious. I have nothing bad to say about my visit with Smiley Dental of Mesquite. They were awesome in my book!

I have never experienced something like this ever. I took my 2 children here this week and was treated so poorly. My daughter came in for a check up and ended up leaving crying. And don’t even get me started on the customer service, they was rude and unprofessional. My daughters appointment was set at 11 and didn’t end up being see until 12: 30. And when they seen her they were rude and disrespectful. Saying things like it wouldn’t hurt if you brushed your teeth PLEASEE my daughter was only in pain cause of the noise the drill makes (she has sensitive ears). It was just very unprofessional and terrible I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!

I am very satisfied with my visit to smiley the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Had my rootcanal done by dr chris i was so nervous but him and his assitant helped me and calmed me down through the whole process.

Who is the dentist dr. Chris and let's ask ourselves why he had an attitude? You work with children sir! Your tolerance and your patience is a must you were rude and disrespectful and made everybody feel uncomfortable When you've been made aware that you're working with somebody who has a social disorder and or any other kind of disorder you would think that you would at least be on the same page as the rest of your staff when it comes to your treatment of your patients continuously exhaling as if she was an inconvenience. Was getting paid × 2 bothersome for you? Again a child you ridicule them and chastise them by saying well brush your teeth implying that they don't please do not act like you are doing us the recipients a favor by providing a service that we have to pay for and you can keep your condescending attitude to yourself if you don't know how to serve the public in a professional manner disgusted will not be coming back to your facility will be reporting this to the better Business bureau and anybody else who's interested in hearing I repeat do not take your child to see dr. Chris.

I love this dental clinic, my daughter has been coming here for a couple of years now and we are really satisfied with the whole staff.

Doctors, front staff, and assistants are very friendly. Wait time is not long. I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth extracted before and it was a fun experience.

Got fillings done today and Dr. & her assistant Karina was amazing. They both made me feel comfortable and made the treatment much easier for me.

The assistants were wonderful as well the Drs! I felt very comfortable. I got treatment done the same day! I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Pukar is the absolute best! Really cares about his patients and knows his stuff. Will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends who are in need of a quality dentist!

I was really nervous about my wisdom tooth removal but Dr.moon and Noraima were really great with assuring me and making sure I was ok during the procedure

They went above and beyond, helped me with my baby while I got my teeth cleaned. Nice staff members

I didn’t always have the best experience here, but when getting my braces of Dr. Emily was amazing. She was very kind and gentle and patient with me every second. Go visit when Dr. Emily is there!

Tried to set up appointment. Then they said they would call back after calling insurance. I wait a week, call them back, and they couldn’t verify the insurance, which is fine. It’s the fact that I had to call back a week later to find this information. Now I will go elsewhere. When I could have already had my cavity’s filled last week

Leslie and Dr pukar did an excellent job with customer service and getting my teeth together, first timer very impressed.
