Dora was the most helpful & respectful front desk ladies. She was willing to guide me throughout my experience here at Smiley Dental. Some of the dentists are cool & very friendly. One thing I didn’t like was being put into a waiting room having to wait over an hour just for my 5 minute appointment session. Sometimes other patients would come in minutes after me and will get their appointment fixed before mine. Solid 4/5

Really happy with the results of my teeth, everyone was super helpful throughout the whole process. Happy I choose smiley dental.

They are good price (I dont want to say cheap) but the doctor are not good at all. I get a fill on my tooth and he makes it too sharp. Comparison to other dentist, he is kind of rude (never ask me any question) and make me feel really hurt.

They do a good job I am very happy with the results because now I can smile confidently. I highly recommend you go to this dentist to get braces.

My teeth look amazing and I can clearly see a difference between when I first got braces and now. This location has great staff as well.

I experienced very very bad services at this location. I have been come to this place for 3 years for my braces and cleaning. At first they were nice to me but when I almost done with my braces and paid off, they kicked me out even I had appointment and had service free for whitening, that was offered when I first had braces on. I had to ask them look back to my files for it. When my brace was taken off, I had to visit orthodontist 3 times to make sure my teeth all good, they said when they took off the braces, their responsibilities were finished even the orthodontist said I had to come for checking. Some staffs there seemed rude to me. So disappointed about their customer services, never want to come back after being done with my braces and never want to recommend it to my relatives and friends.

1 hour to see the doctor and they didn't tell us the doctor we coming to see he's in vacation and we saw a non professional doctor and the staff and Doctor make you feel not comfortable at all.this place for kids only not for adult.

My experience with Dr. To and the orthodontist staff has always been pleasant at this location. Dr. To answers all my questions, and considers what I say in order to help explain more clearly and effectively. Furthermore, there are bilingual staff present that take the time to translate for my parents, so that we are all on the same page.

The front desk staff, on the other hand, is not very friendly.

Very please with this dental office. Staffs were great. I met Huong last visit and she was a great person with professional knowledge that I would strongly recommended everybody to visit this dental office.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here and I got my braces had them on for 3 years and I'm a big baby when it comes out on my teeth messed with but the staff here really work with me on my teeth and my teeth were horrible before I came here and then I just got my braces off and my teeth look amazing from where they were

Honestly the staff and dentist aren’t great every time I come here they do something wrong I’ve been having pain in my mouth went to a different dentist turns out the put extra filling more than they were suppose to now I have to fix my teeth I had braces with smiley and when it was time to take them off the dentist chipped my teeth and ended up having to shave it abit I don’t recommend kids for this location I don’t recommend this place at all

The doctor was very considerate and detailed when cleaning teeth and the assistants were very helpful and cheerful, which was made me feel more comfortable.

Same day for emergencies! I called this morning to see if I can get an appointment and was greeted by Lily. She offered me an appointment that worked best with my schedule. Upon arrival, she assisted me and was very kind! The doctor was also great and adjusted what was bothering me. I definitely recommend this office and their staff!

Always have great service at smile dental staff is great very cooperative Especially Dora, front desk. Erica, Margo are always smiling very helpful in my procedures. Lilian in ortho is the best! Dr. Natchi is da bomb!

Great experience! Very quick and efficient. Dora at the front desk was incredible; very nice and welcoming. She made me feel more comfortable with my options. Mitchell (Ortho) was also very good. You could tell he knows his trade very well. He Explained the procedures very well.

Smiley Dental Walnut is the best dental place! I like Lily at the front, she's very helpful, great customer services, recommended everyone come to this place.
