These ppl are nice/kind. The treat u with respect and not like a criminal. So many ppl complain about fees and not answering phones. Everywhere u go there are going to be fees not just probation. It's part of life. About answering the phone. They give u a direct line to their office. They don't always answer but they do return the call. Do u ppl always answer/return call.so why should they always answer.
