This place is great! Cheaper than the local competitors, great service, nice variety of selection and they are always so nice to talk to! I can call ahead if I want something specific set aside for me too! Highly recommend!

At first I thought the place was nice I bought an item and got it home just to realize it didn’t charge and wasn’t working. I try to return the defective item and management was not available to exchange the item. I was told to come back when I came back they told me it was past 48 hours and I couldn’t exchange the item.don’t get ripped off go elsewhere!

I like place, good selection of everything I usually buy and then a lot more but feel ripped off cuz on several visits when the older lady is there does not honor the immediate coupon on the cigarette package that states this package you save an additional. 50 cents off but when I explained that all other times other managers and or supervisors rang them up correctly I was told by her that is why I notice a lot of different faces because they are no longer there which is crazy if that is the case to actually fire someone that is doing the legal, correct thing especially for a customer that is choosing your establishment! Maybe this lady needs some retraining/coaching in the value of the customers and the importance of honoring coupons on the items your actually selling in your store! I am currently looking for new other options of establishments to take my business to at this point!

I should have known better when I saw who was working in this place, a grandma and a kid. Knowing that I was new to vaping, they just wanted to make a sale. I thought I needed a new coil. They didn't have the brand I needed and just sold me any old thing that fit. It didn't work. I guess it was partially my fault for being an uninformed customer.

Bought a vape from there for around 120 bucks, but when I needed to buy new coils for it they gave me the run around 7 times. 7 times I called to verify that they had it and every time I walked through the door and asked for one they gave some bs excuse why they couldn't find any in stock, then they just tried to sell me a "better" one with coils they had in stock.

I am absolutely in love with this store. I found my favorite smoke shop. They have tons of stuff as well as amazing deals. I can't wait to go back!

Prices are ALWAYS different. Some employees very knowledgeable and like to help and other employees could care less. Some employees know their merchandise and others don't. Single worst thing. PRICES ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT AND TGEY KEEP GOING UP AND UP AND UP. Sales are only on vape juices. Horrible vape juices. No other items on sale. WONT GO BACK UNLESS OFFERED $25 STORE CREDIT FOR ALL TGE MONEY IVE SPENT AND WAS RIPPED OFF

Very clean shop but some of the prices are outrageous. I saw a one hitter that was 40! I recommend going to planet k instead.

Don't waste your time here. All sales final! I walked out after buying a vape mod and walked back in tried to exchange it they said no. They also said no store credit and the receipt says store credit. Don't waste your time here go to hazel sky vape shop.

Don’t buy from here. I walked in and bought a new vape mod and walked out and walked right back in and tried to return or exchange it and they would not let me. He said no store credit either and the receipt clearly says store credit. I used to buy all the time from here not no more. Go the Hazel Sky Vape shop don’t wast your time here.

I got a bottle of juice from the 50% off counter. Went to pay and some lady claiming to be there owner told me “ o no that one is not on sale” when I clearly pick it up from the 50% off section.bad bad place to do business be aware please stay away

They have extremely good selections of glassware and vaporware. They have a variety of wraps and even a humidified cigar room! They can also order products that aren't in stock or if you're looking for a unique item they don't carry. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Feel free to call in with any questions you have too!

The all you need store for your relaxation needs. Trust me. I bought a torch the other day and the owner took time out of his schedule to show me how to properly use it, along with a few other tricks of the trade. Definitely check it out.

Went for some smok coils. They had them. But wait.it cost 7.99 per coil? !? ! A package of 3 online cost ~ 12-14 bucks! What a rip off! Bought one they actually opened a three pack ripped one out of the foil pack and sold it to me for 8.00+ tax. Jesus Christ go online to buy supplies. Avoid this place and lack of CS behind.

A decent array of pipes and bongs nothing special and a little on the higher side of prices. Vapes and accessories. Humidifier with cigars. Staff us always awesome!
