Smoothie King, Houston TX

I order to chocolate Gladiator and ended up getting extra large cup of powder and whatever liquid they use or milk substance. Too upset to drive back. By the way this was the 3rd time they remade it. Whoever is there has no idea what they're doing. Please get it together.

I’ve lived near this smoothie King for four years every time I go it takes over 30 minutes to get a smoothie. The customer service is hit or miss. It’s not a very convenient place to stop, if you’re in a rush.

Horribly run business. No matter what day or time I pull into this place, I'm usually the 4th car or such in line and sit there for 10 minutes with no movement, until I get frustrated and drive off. Every single time.

Staff needs to change gloves between handling money and fixing drinks. My husband got his card back covered in smoothie! Then was told he could wipe it off with an attitude. Need customer service skills!

Please shut this location down or get a bigger location we should not have to wait 2 hrs for a smoothie

Received incorrect order after confirming order with staff. Handed wrong smoothie even after I stated the smoothie looked incorrect to me

My strawberry hulk did not taste like usual at all a little upsetting! Just want what I pay for that’s all.

They were great! The drive thru line was long so I went in and got amazing service. And my smoothie was great!

This is the best smoothie king location in Houston. Easily able to access the building no weird or compact parking or maneuvering required to park. No attitudes, no ridiculous up charges, no incorrect orders. I like this location and drive out my way to get good service. Plus they have a drive thru.

Service at this location awful awful I will not recommend anyone go in there and have to wait that long to be attented too. AWFUL SERVICE

On the door it says they close at 10pm but when i tried to order inside they said we close at 9pm but drive through closes at 10! And when i asked them y it doesn’t say it on the door the lady just went quiet. No manager bunch of teenagers

SMOOTHIES ARE GOOD, BUT THE SERVICE NEEDS WORK. IT'S ALWAYS A WAIT, BUT I GUESS YOU SHOULD EXPECT THAT BECAUSE THEY MAKE THEM AS YOU ORDER THEM.

Super slow service. Thirty minutes to make a smoothie is pathetic. It was not even busy. Avoid this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the beltway 8/ I10 location. Much better service.

As a frequent smoothie king flyer this spot is a diffent must stop when on the west side of Houston. Great customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. 20 minute wait time. Staff are slow and unorganized. They don't care about you or your business.

This location is small, they do have a drive-thru. The staff is fast and friendly. If you are unsure of what you would like to drink; just give them an idea of what you like and they will & can offer you the best suggestions you may like. They do sale other weight loss products, but not as many as the larger stores.

The line and wait is way too long on Friday and my smoothie tasted nothing like it's supposed to almost like they didn't blend it

I waited at least 25mins in the drive thru unable to leave because of the cars behind me and they still got my order wrong. I've never even waited for fast food that long.

Very slow service. I always have to wait longer even there is no long line. Slow workers. Messed up my order twice. Doesn’t taste the same everyday

Good place for a healthy smoothie. Had the immune booster. Weird after taste but going down it was delicious. Good service and not too busy.
