Smoothie King, Houston TX

Drove from the location on Katy Freeway bc their systems went down. Pulled up @9: 53pm and the open sign was still lit up. I was greeted and wasn't rushed even though it was close to closing time. 3 other patrons walked in and they were also greeted. Fast service, clean building, and a friendly staff made it well worth the drive. Smoothie was great as per usual.

For some reason this location fails to make a nutty super grain correctly. No matter what time of day and how many times I ask to make it correctly, it is made missing something. It’s unfortunate because this is a convenient location for me but if I want a smoothie I will now have to venture off.

Pineapple Surf! My daughter LOVES this! And this location is next door to Mod Pizza. What more could you ask for? No military discount, but I would still come back for the delicious and healthy smoothies and the excellent customer service.

There was a problem with one of the smoothies but the manager was quick to rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to things right.

No soap in restroom. Told young man, he supposedly didn't know. I told him I was concerned because they are handling food. He told me regardless they wash hands in the kitchen. I told him the law is they must hands in the restroom. Gross.if you enter the kitchen without washing hands you are contaminating everything in the kitchen. Also no toilet paper but I overlooked that. Smoothies were a little bland/ bitter.

Unfriendly service, unpleasant atmosphere with workers. Many people coming and going but workers seemed angry.

The staff were super unprofessional and rude. Terrible customer service and on top of that they were not wearing masks we are in the middle of a pandemic!

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly have no respect for themselves, their customers, or the franchise they represent. I used to visit this location frequently in the past and had no complaints, but the new employees continually fail to uphold the slightest amount of expectations or decent customer service. Save yourself the trouble and either go to Main Squeeze, Fusion 36, or another location.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location, the workers are rude and slow as if they do not want to be there. One just lied to my face about curbside pickup which was very offensive. The smoothies are never consistent so I will not be returning.

Always a great place to go. Even if the smoothies are not so good for you, you feel like you are eating healthy!

Large Chocolate Hulk was very well made and the cashier was super friendly. They were short staffed but stayed pleasant with everyone and worked speedily to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

Great healthy smoothies and very informative guys and gals that work there to help you figure out what you want best!

I like the slim one chocolate flavored smoothie here without the turbinado. Tastes great after a workout!

Smoothies are delicious, customer service is great, horrible location. My car was stolen from their lot while I was in the store for approximately 7 minutes. Be careful while being here.

Good place. Hate dealing with fry road most hours of the day but the service here makes that first world problem worth it.
