Smoothie King, Dallas TX

I ordered a 20 oz Hulk strawberry smoothie and it was more like Rocky Road they didn't take the time to blend it properly. I tried calling to speak with the manager they never answered the phone. They need to hire employees that actually want to work. They people working in there now at this location are lazy.

I moved here from Richardson and have been here a few times. I pre order and it has been ready for pickup, mixed well and the taste is right. One day an ingredient was missing and the young lady suggested a substitute and it worked out well. I have always been greeted and the staff smiles and thanks you. That is a plus in this part of Dallas.

This smoothie king makes you feel like you’re at a fast food restaurant that takes 15 mins to give you your food. They will also put a note on the speaker that they will close hours early on random days.

Went to place an order at 8: 30…A employee outside on the phone while smoking a cigarette and other standing around inside told me they were closed already after not acknowledging me while in the drive-through had to walk to the window.

I had just placed an Uber order with them and they gave the customer my cup for my smoothie with no sticker on top so no one will be able to open it. The guy that did Uber eats drink out of my smoothie. That’s why it’s important to put that sticker on top so they won’t be able to open it up and drink it and if they do we would be able to tell. I’m trying to call and no one picks up the phone if they do they hang up or keep the phone off the line

This has been the best smoothie king I've ever been to. The staff was great with us! Even though I made a mistake in the order and willing to pay for the additional changes, the manager not only made me the correct order but she gave me an additional discount. They are awesome in terms of customer service!

Only smoothie king that asks if you have app for Friday 5 dollar deals and the lady jamonica is disrespectful thought she worked for sanitation

Did not want to honor 20oz to 32oz upgrade on fridays for 6 dollars. Lady (jamonica) rude as ever and still charged me full price

I want to say shout out to the manager k believe I’m not to sure but she has glasses and she’s very sweet ; everytime I order something when she’s there it’s just right throughly mixed well. But everytime she’s not there I always have an issue my smoothie is not mixed we’ll matter of fact I have to chew it it’s crumbs and stuff just in there…… I’m not the type of person to complain but this has happened more then 2x and needs to be addressed because if I was to give this to my little sister she would’ve choked. I’m not pleased but I am happy that there is a good manager on site!

Literally the worst, I've been twice and they got my order wrong both times, I ask for no stevia, both times they instead left out the spinach. I don't have this problem at other locations.

I went by there today and I asked for mango and strawberry and pineapple smoothie and my smoothie was thick and bland. I tried to call to speak with a manager but they won’t answer the phone so I could’ve got my order corrected. I stay to far to come a location that’s lack customer service.

Signs on the speaker and window says they're now closing at 8pm. Pulled up and waited a minute at the speaker without a getting so we pulled around. @ 7: 50- the lady on the inside just looked then said they're closed. If the signage says the new hours have the store closing at 8, then close at 8.

Once again my Smoothie was Great Thank you to Sunday's crew 11: 15 am. Yall are Awesome, Friendly and Fast.

Every single time I go to this smoothie king the people at the window are incredibly rude! I ordered a smoothie with two scoops of peanut butter and before I left I asked to make sure they added peanut butter the woman said well did you order it that way. Like!? And this is not the first time I have been treated this way here. Their attitude is terrible. Y’all need some MAJOR training.

I will NEVER be back. In fact I will tell everyone I know to never come to this smoothie king again. Y’all ruin the name. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The best smoothie ever this is a metabolism boost mango ginger, this is for if you're trying to watch your weight love it

I arrive to this location drive thru was super packed. So I decided to go to the counter the representative tells me they only taking drive thru and online orders. The next available time slot is in 45 min. If y’all don’t have mobility to get orders out or even extra help, hire new associates! It was a slap in the face for her to turn me around like that.

The last few times I've been here, they take forever and are extremely rude. Today it took them 5 full minutes of me trying to get them to answer at the speaker. They never apologized, them it took them 10 minutes to finish the only car in front of me, which had already been there. I was stuck in the line or I would have just left. This is by far the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. Do not stop here, just keep driving.

#1536 employee Keshae went above and beyond. My husband left his wallet and was trying to use his digital wallet which he had never done before. Ms. Keshae made him at ease and provided him with the assistance he needed to make sure his wife didn't starve. Most people would've said NEXT but the fact that she took the time to help was a breathe of fresh air and gives us hope. She definitely deserves a raise in our opinion. We will definitely make this our store if this is the service we can expect. The Keshae Way!

Today, while in the drive thru my drink fall into my lap. The staff came outside and helped clean my car. Also, helped me clean my nurse's uniform. I have never had such great service. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you ladies for showing me what great customer service looks like. Above and beyond.
